    Chicken Fajita Pizza Recipe
    Ingredients
    For the Dough:
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
    1 cup warm water (110°F)
    2 1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    For the Toppings:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup pizza sauce
    1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
    Instructions
    Prepare the Dough:
In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
In a large bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups of flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
Mix until a dough forms. Turn it out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, adding more flour if needed, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
    Prepare the Toppings:
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices and fajita seasoning. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink and slightly browned. Remove the chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and red onion. Sauté until they are tender but still crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Assemble the Pizza:
Punch down the risen dough and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll it out to your desired thickness and shape.
Place the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
Evenly distribute the cooked chicken, bell peppers, and onion over the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
    Serve:
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Enjoy your homemade chicken fajita pizza!
