Perfect for any occasion, this simple treat combines creamy vanilla custard and sweet strawberry jam-filled bread rolls, all topped with a sprinkle of dry fruits.     Ingredients:
    1 litre milk
    4 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
    4 bread slices
    Strawberry jam
    Dry fruits for garnish
    Oil for greasing
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Vanilla Custard:
    In a large pot, bring 1 litre of milk to a boil.
    Add 4 tbsp of sugar to the boiling milk and stir well until dissolved.
    In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp of vanilla custard powder with a little cold milk to form a smooth paste.
    Gradually add the custard paste to the boiling milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
    Cook for a few minutes until the custard thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
    Prepare the Bread Rolls:
    Take 4 bread slices and remove the edges.
    Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam over each slice.
    Roll up the bread slices tightly to form rolls.
    Heat a pan and lightly grease it with oil.
    Toast the bread rolls on the pan until golden brown on all sides.
    Assemble the Dessert:
    Place the toasted bread rolls in a serving dish.
    Pour the warm vanilla custard over the bread rolls.
    Garnish with dry fruits of your choice.
