I’ve got this water jug and it works OK… But the lid filled up with water and there’s no way apparently to get the water out unless I drill a hole which would jeopardize the integrity of the whole jug.
Does it actually hold a gallon of liquid cause I have the yeti gallon jug and it actually holds a little over a gallon so Im just looking for a backup plus yeti says to not put carbonated drinks in their jugs so I want something that I can put carbonated drinks in so of you say it can then I'm definitely buying one
I would stop using it for drinking water and use it for a food jar instead bc the lid will trap unclean water inside & potentially cause health problems. Stick with high quality products when it comes to putting things in your body.
I actually tested this before I went on vacation last time. I filled it up with ice and water and flew to Florida. When I came home 5 days later. The water was ice cold and still had a little bit of ice left in there.

i have 2 of these in my storage room...(i have a shopping problem). they were 2 for $29 on the website...the deal comes and goes.
