Does this support Sirius Satellite Radio which is currently in my car. Also are there any additional conversion cables necessary because there is one cable connected to the 4.2 inch display, do you lose the ability to change the volume up and down from your steering wheel

I just watched this video. I would like to have this in 14 fusion very much. I have found this exact head unit on Aliexpress.com. It sells for $500 and comes with all the wiring harnesses. The only thing keeping me from buying this is that Aliexpress has horrible reviews. Please let me know if anyone finds another site to buy this as I would rather have this one than the other one that has your volume and tune buttons seperate.
