In today’s video, I’m taking you to an unexpected food hotspot hidden in the heart of Blackburn’s industrial estate! You’d never imagine finding a fresh, home-cooked meal in the middle of a mechanic’s workshop area, but here it is! Run by an inspiring lady, this unique food spot serves up daily-made dishes and operates mainly through WhatsApp orders. Join me as I try out her delicious creations and share my honest review on this hidden gem. If you’re in Blackburn and looking for something special off the beaten path, this is the place to check out!
The level of care and attention they show is amazing. The cleanliness is exemplary. Organisations like this need to be rewarded with our gratitude for they are complete and utter gems to our society that should not be overlooked.
I love how she discounts the left over food instead of reheating and selling it as ‘fresh’ like a lot of local curry houses do here in Birmingham - good, dignified business Allahuma barik 👌🏾 I pray her business thrives tenfold
It's like the perfect antidote to the private equity backed chains that churn out bland, predictable portion controlled stuff we all usually order. Just a shame we've got nothing like this in London. I hope they do really well because they deserve to, Another great review TFT. Thank you.
@@sabeehamulla8995just looking at that food sister and my mouth is watering, from the midlands here and if I ever come to Blackburn I'm having lunch or dinner at your place. May Allah put barakah in all your endeavours Aameen.
Absolutely fabulous. I'll have to go over to Blackburn just to experience this. Thanks again TFT for bringing these hidden gems to the public's attention.
Paaji, kerala is called bitter gourd and made properly is the bees knees. What a lovely sista, good on her and hope her enterprise is a raging success.
I like the concept and that food looks like authentic home cooked meals prepared with love. It's a shame I live in London otherwise I would definitely be paying a visit. I wish the sister all the best and pray Allah makes her business a huge success!
Masha’Allah, good review, will give this place a try. I’d also recommend giving Khana Khazana in Blackburn a visit (Unit 5, Hart St, Blackburn, BB1 1HW). Try their delicious Gujrati Daal Gosht Pilau and fried drumsticks Friday afternoon straight after Jumma. You will not be disappointed! 🤤😋
Salaam brother, another nice video, kerela is known probably as bitter gourd,it’s nice once it’s been kept in salt water and squeezed out most of the bitter juice, slightly bitter for most, but when cooked with garlic, onion, green chilli, little turmeric and coriander powder, finished with fresh coriander.it’s not so bad,add potatoes if preferred or even broccoli, slice green beans,it compliments the kerela.
When you think of food and Unit you think of an a dirty unhygienic place but this was quite the opposite. I loved the spices nearby stacked on the shelf, gives the customer an insight as to what goes in.
TFT, why don't you pour out the oil/ghee from the curry (as its floating at the top and easy to remove)?? Am I missing something? Surely that can't be healthy and will give most people heartburn??? Genuine questions here for TFT or Asian people to clarify. Thanks
Come to dial a roti in bd3 Bradford trust me you’ll enjoy it there somasas are beautifully cooked and and their meat sarlaan is well nice hope on seeing you
Shaz: it is Mulla but we can overlook it on this occasion because brother TFT was so kind and amazing ☺️ A real sincere human being. May Allah reward him in abundance for all that he does💙
Am sorry but why do you feel the need to put someone in awkward position questioning if they take card payment ? They welcome you with open heart and give you so much respect even free doggy bags only for you to question them like a tax man ! This is not supporting small businesses it’s extremely rude ! You can easily mention it’s cash only why make such a big deal ????
I completely agree with every word you said. Small business should not be Embarrassed or called out for taking cash! For £6 curry and 2 chapati i want to know how they're making a profit. As a customer we overlook the business expenses such as rent, wages, council Tax.Most of the time these small businesses cant even pay themselves a decent wage. TFT we appreciate your efforts but please support small business you're not showing respect to the businesses by calling them out on camera !
@@landan-hf2boIt’s not the first video where TFT has embarrassed a business for taking cash! I would think the amount of time he’s called out business for taking cash he would carry cash ? Unless he doesn’t want to pay for his meals 🤨 As for pricing unfortunately the food shows for itself, it’s all oil and gravy maybe if they charged more costumers might get a decent curry with some chicken etc
