Super helpful and I appreciate the short video. Two things learned: One, the grey lid is open when you grind the beans, and, two, the the black thingy comes out in order for the filter cup to fit in to brew. Thanks! I cannot wait until tomorrow to grind and brew my new bag of Alton Brown's Multitasker coffee.
Thank you so much! I had no idea how to work this I made 4 cups of coffee and the grounds went everywhere! Now I can Brew the perfect cup of coffee thanks to you 😊
Thank you for this tutorial! Just got this for Christmas and trying to figure out the grounds ratio to use up the coffee I already have before getting beans.
After brewing, how do you clean the reusable coffee filter? You wouldn’t want to rinse it under running water because the used grounds would eventually clog your sink
I tap (gently) the grounds into the garbage before I rinse. I don't really need to because I have really good water pressure and it washes coffee grounds through the pipes in large amounts when needed. But that is how I deal with it.
I have put grounds down the drain and flush with water, for years. If it clogging up, it's because it is sticking to grease or something else in your drain.
Makes a horrible mess when grinding beans and when using pods it makes a mess with liquid all over my coffee bar sick of cleaning up after ready to toss it out.
I got one and I plug it in and I wanna clean it like instructions say to do and the 3 cup sizes just blinks. I press the 10oz and it will slowly blink and nothing with happen and all 3 will start blinking again and no water comes out.

Awseome thanks
How much should i grind for one regular cup of coffee?
I like strong coffee, so I fill the screen for an 8 ounce cup. But you may not like it the same as me so I suggest you experiment.

Hey You use a pot of water and swish around the filter cup and grounds will displace

Sorry to hear that. Thanks for letting us know.

I'm sorry, but I have never experienced this with the machine so I recommend you contact Cuisinart.
do you put the pod in, shut the lid, then press the cup size button?
It doesn't grind fine enough to make strong coffee. It grinds too corse.
It does. It grinds for regular drip and can't be adjusted. Thanks for pointing this out.
