At the 26 minute Mark you're making a case for someone making less money without coaching, the ignorant tax. The biggest flaw in this is that you're not accounting for people who have paid for coaching and failed. You definitely not accounting for inflation out of control and people barely paying their bills. This is a huge huge gamble for them. If this coaching fails they could be out of a home or not eat for a couple days. They have loved ones that depend on them! Some coach needs to offer a guarantee that their coaching works. I did this with my golf instruction business, and definitely had to refund some money once awhile but it did not happen often. The amount of money I gained because of this far away the little I gave away. I believe in coaching, but don't dismiss the risk people are taking by paying you a lot of money.
I genuinely appreciate all the time and effort that goes into each of your videos and the ability to somehow know exactly what we need to hear video after video!
It’s crazy every time that I’m going through these roller coaster rides of being lost as a new agent in the real estate game I watch one of your videos, and you’re always spot on exactly what I’m going through. I really do appreciate the time and effort you and your team put into this🙏🏾💯❤ you guys are awesome 😎 🔥🔥🔥
The barrier to entry for real estate is so low, which is a big reason why the competition is so high. Therefore, I think most agents who do not seek additional coaching, training, mentorship, etc. are entitled and it's a no-brainer why they fail.
I respect everything about mentoring and coaching but the reality is at least to me, you can’t throw money at a problem, need to work and learn. And be consistent
I’ve been watching you and Alex Hormozi for a couple months and just found the interview you guys did together. Hands down one of the most informative videos I’ve ever watched. I hope to work with both of you one day, thank you for all the knowledge!
Maybe coaches can have a fee and take a percentage of the agents' commission from their closes in the first year or two of coaching. More people would probably get a coach with a plan like this and it would give them confidence in themselves and the process to continue. Cash flow is a big problem with agents and they have to take their family finances and their needs into consideration.
Okay Brandon, I get this. I agree with this. But I have a question. I had a discovery call with Ron a week or so ago. I'm sold on your coaching program. I think it would be worth every dollar. But I literally cannot afford the initial three months up front. I don't have it. I can't borrow it. It's not here. I'm not sure with bills I could afford the following months. Maybe I could once I was in the program and doing your training. I don't know though. So, with that being said, what in the world do you say or recommend to someone in a position like me?
I am a new agent, just about 1 month ago. There is another plan that you left out for new agents. I met an agent who started about three months before I did. He tried being a solo agent for a while, but decided to join a team. The question is that if he joined the team, he has a split with the team leader. Should he learn how to sell 10 homes a month (as someone you interviewed a few months ago) what would he be paying the team lead with the split? Likely more than $1,000 a month. So I could join a team and provide a split with the team on every transaction, or hire a coach and provide a predetermined fee that is tax deductible to me.
At the 12 min mark you make a great point. The problem with this is if you are making $50k gross you then net in the $35K range. You are asking someone to invest 1/3 of their income into you! As I am sure this will pay off, I believe in you! But this industry will $99 you death!!! Now live on $35K - coaching - all the real estate expenses and you are looking a failure or not feeding your family. I am looking for a coaching program and brokerage that will allow me to financially provide for my family at the beginning. I will prospect for 4+ hours a day, I will work on my skills, but the real estate world has such a huge failure rate because of costs. I know I could kill it, I want it so badly, but I need to feed my family at the same time. Where does someone in a position like me turn to?
I’m in mortgage and this is gold. It depends on the model they’re working within but the sooner you can take the w2 training wheels off the better. If people looked at it as a business from the start it’d be integral to advancing skill quickly. If you told someone hey you wanna start a bakery you’ll need $150k in equipment and buildout plus a lease for your location everyone gets it, but because real estate (and SaaS) businesses aren’t that tangible it feels strange to invest thousands when it’s a huge no brainer for any business to spend money to make money - and top realtors will out-earn a baker 50x
This was what I wanted to know I want him as a coach so bad but I gotta save up first cuzz I'm just getting in to this business like I'm one test away till then I have to use these videos and the free scripts

I totally get how coaching can change things. Instead of saying "I can't afford it," we should say "I can't afford to miss out." Awesome video!!

Brandon I’m curious who your coach is. You should do a video with them. I’m sure it would be powerful
Agree🎉 that’s the first thing I thought. I was like I hope it’s ED MYLETT ha ha 🤣 either way I would love to see an interview. ❤❤❤

For people already in your course, do you offer 1 on 1 coaching?

Who are your coaches Brandon 😄
You gotta move that mic back or something, you’re blowing our eardrums out 😭😭. I almost spit my coffee out when that came up LMFAO
I hear you, but when you are first starting out who has $5000 per month? Maybe after a while but not upfront dude.
Yes I agree. I didn’t start off there either…
