Another great show. I'm surprised by how positive the benefits of speedrunning can be, like discipline for example. I've never speedran enough to experience that.
Also, given all of the stuff you talked about where runners will play too much and burnout, the rac community should have No Speedrun Tuesdays or some cool challenge like that.
Also, question for Jish, where did he get the idea for his awesome reset sound?

I think you'd struggle to convince the community to NOT play their fav games hahaha, I like the sentiment though. People just need to remember to take a break sometimes, yaknow?
