    These stretches feelt great!
    Do you think it's a good idea to do calf raises with toes elevated on a towel after these mobilizations? I heard from some studies that it helps or do you think it can make it worse?

    The part about the ball near the sit bone was an aha moment.
    At around the time my PF started getting really bad, I started to feel like I pulled a hamstring right where it tied into the sit bone - same side as the PF. I guess those two things are related???
