Lukas Kristjanson, Mary Kirby and Sheryl Chee all worked on previous dragon ages and were fired now almost 2 years ago. Those names are probably just on there for mostly legal reasons. Lukas was at Bioware since the 1990's and probably the last one of the OG writers. Most of the others only joined around 2010-2012 or later.
mary kirby is only credited because she was consulted for varric, she's the one that wrote for him originally she was an OG writer and she was fired before the project even began
