TED Talks are always good. This is no exemption. She was very practical advising us to "know thyself". Learn limitations and work one oneself to become awesome. A real awesome speech.
Her message was good, and to the point. She didn't focus it on leaders, I think she meant that anyone in any situation can become a leader if only they followed these 3 key steps. I think it's simple, and very practical- I liked it. My takeaway is that I need to also do something about it, not just figure out my problem area, but take responsibility, and invest in me, before I expect anyone else to -another point well made! Kudos to her!
This was really great and I do agree with everything she said. The problem with people is that many want to be successful but not all want to pay the price to reach the top. That's just about it!
IW Nunn Hahaha definitely! Just like some people here who think they are fluent in a foreign language "just because they have a certificate". Okay! When they actually need to use it not a single word comes out... I study International Relations and I get frustrated with such things. People acting like they're such great thinkers/philosophers and stuff when actually they can't see much further from the box they're stuck in and their beliefs and point of view are the only absolute truth. I guess you can relate lol.
The message came across just right to me because she knows how to speak clearly. The way she was talking and the pitch of her voice took me in; it made understanding easier but this only my opinion :)
For all the people who are criticizing her, I have a quote for you " When the wise is pointing to the moon, the idiots are pointing to his finger" Peace. ^_^
I actually really loved the way she delivered her speech. She was very clear and convincing. I wish I had more professors like her in university, because she seems very into what she is talking about.
Tasha, this is so great. Clear message, applicable advice with a roadmap for how to do it, starting today. I love that you remind everyone that leadership is accessible to everyone, if they just commit to doing the work needed to develop that skill. So true. Thank you, and keep on preaching the good word!
I love Tedx, so excellent talks! This one just brings me again into mind the teachings of my beloved Guru. Be in the space of the powerfulnessness. What eyes can see, hand can do. The space of possibility and possibility. The space of Paramahamsa Nithyananda. :)
Self practice is the most critical step here... And that too needs to be done on a routine basis! this is where most people fail...the key is to have a goal or mission in mind so that energy and motivation drive you! Good talk in all.
I watched this months ago and I didn't quite get it fully. So I just started to get to know myself. Now, I'm watching this again and I can see the things I need to work on! Awesome and motivating speech 🙌🏽
awesome speaker , she make me thinking about a lot of things going in my life . I didn't realize how to change my thought about thing i thought i am good in it , but the truth is the opposite one , so the change will be now . anyone he/she didn't see this video , please go and see it ... big thanks to Tasha Eurich
I would say this is a great talk that I have seen so far. Which impressed me are your confident, positive attitude, your sense of humor, and truly inspirational. I would absolutely follow your instructions and get better in what am doing now. Thank you more than I can say :)
awesome speech that I have ever heard!!!!! And, I also commit myself to be awesome. Tks for your video and sharing. 1# know thyselves 2# pick one thing per month 3# practice practice everyday!!!
Great Idea ! I'm struggling with planning my life, my year, day etc. I can plan a day or two and then give up. Get frustrated at myself that I haven't done anything and my life drifts away. I'm gonna stick to this !!!
Smart Cat Collar Project I don't, actually. I'd clicked on this video right after watching 'TED Talks Education', where the audience was very responsive.
OH! Thank you! This is so nice speech since it inspires me to know more clear points what I wanna do and what I gonna get it. And as you said that it is so good to imagine when we get that target! Good job!
"As your SHERPA, I can show you the way but this is your mountain to climb. No one will invest in you but you. 1) Know thyself. 2) Pick one thing at a time. 3) Practice daily.

2. improve one thing/ focus on one thing
3. practice

I love this Ted Talk!
Sadly - telling the truth can be career suicide. You have to know when to pick your battles

Yeah of course it depends who you say it to doesn't it, truth may not always be the good thing to tell, especially to bad people, ehh.
TED Talks are always good. This is no exemption. She was very practical advising us to "know thyself". Learn limitations and work one oneself to become awesome. A real awesome speech.
Not true. Some TED talks are the same concepts of "you can do it!" or "you don't get it!" over and over again.

I find her manner really tedious but I respect what she says and know she's doing it all to help people out which is totally righteous.

Very simple steps to improve ourselves. We only have to have the desire to be better.
she specifically stated that desire is not enough. You can't become better at something just because you want to.
Right on. The anger was especially poignant because it describes m
e completely. I will begin tomorrow! Thank you
You do your work, no one else will.

OMG.. she is mindblasting with her 3 steps... she is unmatchable & incredible (Y)
Thank you for this inspirational talk! 😃
The audience's lack of response was almost painful to watch, especially when you can tell she was waiting for laughter.
I suspect you watch too much tv. In real life most people laugh silently, a smile is enough...
Smart Cat Collar Project I don't, actually. I'd clicked on this video right after watching 'TED Talks Education', where the audience was very responsive.
M. F.S depends on audience, all people are different
It's not important. And I think what she said is true.
M. F.S I'm sure she's aware of what she does and does not have control of
Now, here's the time, here's the moment for you to make a decision.
