All the side modes like the Meta Knightmares and True Arenas were all just "what if" scenarios; basically, they didn't happen. Super Kirby Clash suffers this same curse because it's not a part of the main series timeline so for all we know Galacta Knight may still be sealed away in a broken timeline or Kirby's living in the time where he wasn't even sealed yet.
When the world needed it most, KrtdD came, making Kirby Clash canon, but more importantly, MAKING AEON HERO AKA GALACTA KNIGHT CANON LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I think this head canon is very interesting. The fact that Morpho Knight absorbs Aeon Hero using a friend technique while absorbing Forgo with normal absorption rings implies that Galacta Knight died willingly, or else this is all a big retcon lol. Also what did I do! Your welcome I guess!

I headcannon that forgo got absorbed because he wasn't considered worthy of being the apex of kirbys journey. Butterfly flew and said "sorry but you ain't final boss material yet."

Real story time: One day I was hiking in the woods with my friends when, no joke, a monarch butterfly landed on my left arm. It settled down for a bit, and relaxed on my arm. It was just chilling there for like TEN WHOLE MINUTES, while I was *walking along the path.* Then it flew away (It didn’t absorb me don’t worry (but it was probably judging me)) 0_o I got accepted by the butterfly??

i like the idea that the reason Galacta knight is always non canon is because his power always destroys the timeline he's in
He is canon, but you only get to meet him in alternate timelines as in the main story he is doing something else I guess

It's always nice when Gooey gets his due. Hopefully he gets to be in a Kirby Game as a prominent character once again like Dreamland 3.
