I had a friend a long while ago who loved the Arkham series and legit has 100% all of them multiple times, and I can say for a fact he’s 100% Arkham city more than twice. Dude was a 100%’er champ in my eyes.

I've played it countless times and it's still one of my favourite games of all time. I replayed the game a couple years ago and only then realized the most op combo to clear a room. Get the slow mo combo going, exp gel the floor, get the combo again and then multi takedown. That clears any room in like 5 to 10 seconds. Not sure how well known it is, I just felt stupid how long it took me to find it... lol
I recently earned this myself and it was so fun despite feeling like torture at some points when completing the riddlers revenge challenges 😅 I can say it tested my patience
@@quaranfree6584 I think that City was more time consuming, but the combat in Asylum was way more difficult compared to City. Although, considering that City did give me a hard time during the riddlers revenge challenges I will say City was harder
@@quaranfree6584I’m not him but I platinumed all games and City is definitely the hardest (If you put Origins aside), then Knight and Asylum is the easiest. It took me 56 hours to platinum City, 50 ish to platinum Knight, and 17 hours to platinum Asylum.

I don't think the riddler challenges playing as alternate characters counts towards the platinum, but they are so, so brutal in some cases. the predator map in the train station as nightwing was an absolute nightmare. I can't say I recommend doing them... but I think it would make for a great stream/video
Just got done getting all the achievements on PC, and yeah, the nightwing one was brutal. It's his fucking movement, honestly. He can't glide, and instead of doing a normal evade, he flips around like an asshole and it's impossible to control where he goes. Strangely, I found catwoman's the easiest, did that first try.
I left the Arkham City last, but I recently completed Arkham Knight, and I can tell its gonna be hard time. Some of the batmobile challenges are brutal.
I promise you it's not bad. Only difficult trophy for that game is getting the 5 perfect shots in a row without taking damage. Other than that all combat, traversals and everything else gonna be easy and you can do in less than 10 min
The challenges weren't so bad (you only need 69 "medals" so it's instantly better than AC), and the batmobile races are ok. The hardest are for sure "The Chill in the Air" and "The Curtain Falls"
The dlc challenge maps for the other characters is one of the hardest challenges i ever done n a game. But that’s what cemented this series for me as one the most enjoyable games to even play in my opinion!
That Gold Campaign pop up... I legit felt that, yesterday, and I knew the faster way to do it, AND did all the medal requirements, even though I selected the free medal, So I made it harder on myself lol
I’ve completed Batman Arkham knight 240% 4 times now, and I’d say I’m pretty good at hand to hand combat, but the challenges are still brutal sometimes. It’s so annoying to keep perfect free flow especially with the Arkham knight “combat experts” (guys with swords) because you can’t tell when they’re gonna slash or strike
With Batman being my favorite DC hero I played all the Arkham games, multiple times even and I really enjoyed them, I only played enough to get maybe half of the achievements with my fair share of rages as well but I fondly remember getting this the Christmas of that year.
WB closed servers for PC version of Arkham Origins couple of years ago and 100% wasn't achievable. And that's why I love PC gaming - MODS. Some modders restored multiplayer to this game and now you can achieve 100% with random people from Discord.
I recently got this game, haven't gotten to play it yet because of classes. Congratulations on yet another amazing platinum. I can tell you enjoyed it, because of the rages😂

Did you get the platinum or the PLATINUM? Because the platinum is ridiculously easy. The PLATINUM on the other hand... Absolute knightmare that I still haven't completed. (PLATINUM just means 100% including all DLC) Why? Community Challenge Pack...

Arkham origins is one of my favorites. I’m sad as well that it’s an unobtainable one. Hope one day the game gets a remaster or something. Also I’m still watching the video so I’m not sure if you realized the suit is slightly different from asylum. The cape has a slightly different color I believe, and the emblem has changed. In the original game the difference is a lot more noticeable as the cape and mask is a blue color.
His little tip for the Combat challenges. If you spam that swarm you get a massive combo boost and it does almost no damage so you can just keep doing it. It’s 25 point multiplier but it’s multiplied by every enemy affected by the swarm so the points just skyrocket really fast if you just spam it. It’s why do you move wasn’t brought in Arkham knight.

Yes Achievements are a "OPTIONAL" thing to go for. BUT Origins is why I champion AGAINST Multiplayer Achievements. Cause either A)They make people play the multiplayer in absurd unusual ways which makes it hell for anyone who DOES enjoy the multiplayer and B) If the servers are down or when they permanently go down it makes it impossible to 100% a games Achievements. Why couldnt they just section off MP achievements and simply have them NOT count for a games 100%. Then again there are many perfectionists, like myself, that even IF that was the case it would still bug me as the achievement is still there in the list, I just cant get it now. So really MP Achievements need to be removed from every game with them and never added to any MP.
I’m currently going for this platinum and I finished all the ranked challenges and this may sound shocking, this may be a bad take, but I found myself raging more at the Wayne ar challenge side missions, now I’m sure that will change when I go for the campaign and miscellaneous combat trophies 😢
Arkham City was actually my fist platinum ever. I do not take platniums in games too serious, but something about Arkham City (back when it was a fairly new Ps3 release) compelled me to go for it.
For anyone who’s trying to do the combat maps here’s a tip. Jump over an enemy, punch him, jump over the enemy, punch him again, and then repeat to build up your combo
City was the one I had the most trouble to platinum of the 3 Rocksteady games. Advanced AR 2 kept me stuck for like 8 months to 100% the story and NG+. Once i got that one, it was only a matter of putting in the time the following day to get the campaign trophies which at that point i was pretty good at all the maps to unlock the platinum.
wow interesting to see what different people struggle with, the AR stuff only took me 20-30 minutes to do them all, the only one that I struggled with was the one when you fly through the steel mill train track. But this game for sure has a lot of different ways to break different people lmao
@@itsstuddy yes that's the one I got stuck on for months. After I finally got it the 1st time, I immediately went and to do it again in NG+ and it only took a handful of tries to do it again there. When I finished all the AR challenges and then the campaign the following day I said to myself "Alfred, you're the reason it took about 7 1/2 months! Go clean the cave."
These 3 trophies are special to me as Asylum was my 1st platinum trophy and Knight is probably my proudest because there's 110 trophies in that game. (I only have 6 platinum trophies - the 3 Rocksteady games, the 1st 2 Watch Dogs and Spider-Man PS4. Still working on Miles and haven't finished SM2 yet, and have to beat Spider-Man again to get it back to 100%).

Arkham Asylum was my first ever platinum and Arkham City is up there with a few of my favourite games of all time. I can get about 70% of the riddler trophies from memory alone. The challenge rooms were actually enjoyable for me. Certainly the combat ones. I think that the intricate web of riddler trophies that reveal all sorts of history from Batmans past is some of the best open world design I've experienced. I couldn't disagree with you more.
even though origins can't be platinumed anymore, I encourage you to obtain all the trophies/achievements (depending whether you play ps or steam) that aren't tied to multiplayer. You definitely won't hate the game by the end of it....
Look forward to a real challenge with the DLC. Tried doing it without guides, but that ended with me giving up for a year. But came back and finished it.
Just Completed the Batman Riddler Challengers, For those who need help in Combat just remember to use your Specials on Multiples of Enemies at once. You will get more points that way.
Origins platinum was brutal... The multiplayer takedowns as Batman was almost impossible due to (no joke) having a perfect match. Probably the hardest platinum I've ever gotten
One thing I always hate in the Arkham series, is when the combat doesn't register your commands properly. For example, in Arkham Knight, whenever I'm trying to attack a regular enemy, the game makes me attack a brute or electric thug, thus hurting me and ruining my combo. Even the predator mission had me die to some BS like a thug spotting me, or missing an enemy.
While you mention online service. Mirrors edge catalyst, has two online trophies that need to be done by the 8th of December. Easy participation trophies. You have to play for a bit as it introduces elements of gameplay.
Honestly, I didn’t think I’d get it lol. I heard how notoriously hard the campaigns were, so I decided to give it a try. I did the hardest one first, and surprisingly it only took me like 4 tries. And then I did the rest of them, so at that point I had no excuse not to get it 😂😂😂. It was a tough one, but I’m glad I got it. I platinum’d all of the Arkham games except for Origins. Arkham Knight is by far the easiest, but it’ll take some time to earn it. Arkham Asylum was actually the first platinum trophy that I ever earned. I even earned it twice. Once on my PS3 back in 2020, and the second time on PS5 earlier this year.
As far as I'm aware, you can install a mod to play the Origins Multiplayer again on PC, not sure if it would disable achievements though. You could technically get all the available achievements in the game and maybe use a 100% save file to get the platinum? Not sure.
The other month I managed to 100% the trophy list and god help you if u decide to try it the platinum itself is hard can’t imagine doing the catwomen maps again
As someone who’s 100%ed the game like 3 times I’ve definitely forgot how much of a pain the challenge maps were the first time around. Top of the world is extreme took me like a week
yeah I think people who have already done it sometimes forget how tough it is the first time.. top of the world took me about 2 hours. but all other stealth ones took me 10 minutes including retries.. so going from dominating the stealth to the stealth battering me was tough lmao
That DLC will put you through the ringer lol. Catwoman is so unequipped for the Challenge maps. The sheer amount of "content" having to be completed for the measly 6 DLC trophies is ridiculous too.

Just started this, literally only have on platinum trophy and it’s shadow of Mordor but I recently decided to download the three Arkham games. I started with this though since I started asylum more recently and didn’t really feeling like redoing the beginning since I started it on a previous psn account and asylum is the one I started years before as well where as city and knight I haven’t touched either in years and couldn’t remember a thing about them. I’m completely unsure if I’m going to get the trophy but I’m going to try. I’ve been loving playing it again and I’ve literally just been like wow I love when single player games were actually good like this. I’ve especially just been fangirling over catwoman in it because goddamn playing as her is just so freaking smooth. Her whip grapple just feels so nice to use and her jumping up the buildings after. All of her animations from that to climbing upside down to takedowns all just feel and look amazing they aren’t clunky at all. I was running around as her just climbing shit because I was just like wow I love this it’s done so well.

Enjoyed the rages haha The DLCs only continue that brutality haha, mainly because all 3 characters are worse than Batman in the challenges...with Catwoman being the hardest. and yet despite 100%ing all 4 games, part of me considers doing the ps4 versions of asylum and city again...maybe

Yo I don’t get it why there is nobody talking about jokers carnival?! Did you do it, you say at 17:32 that your last challenge is top of the world and you had 69/93. Did you do carnivals joker, is it mandatory for platinum? This is the challenge that made me rage quit. For all 3 medals you need a 1 000 000 points, and it resets when you bank points but restarts the levels. I can get free flow combo to 180 plus often but level 6 when titan comes in I always get hit, need help with that, got 720 000points, and one time I got to 211 combo points without banking and got hit and so you lose your opportunity to bank time and I was at 250 000 point in that instance. And I’m playing on hard. Need to know do you need all 3 medals at jokers carnival for platinum? I got on that map 92/93, If yes I need help, watched tutorials but don’t work for me, game seems to bug, once I go stun the titan often breaks the combo and easily get hit and they all come running I jump over when I see someone trying to hit and often when trying to stun back again controls sucks never goes where I want it to go, and also tried with 2 new controllers
Yeah they really took the piss with the puzzles and Riddler trophies, was the biggest reasons why I never really considered the plat, just so fucking asinine along with the extended challenges
Shame that arkham origins is unobtainable. One of the best storys i have ever played. I am currently doing my last trophy for MW2 Remastered's platinum, this video is currently my entertainment while getting it. Can't wait for the streams

On steam to get the 100% you also need to do riddler's revenge for all characters. I highly recommend playing them if you want to try out the other characters, maybe on stream?

There still is a possibility to 100% Origins. Idk if Steam achievements count, but u can still access Arkham Origins multiplayer on there. There's even an official group on the Steam communities who play a lot. They've helped out others get the mp achievements before and they're overall very nice. Maybe in the future u can go to Origins? It doesn't take much to run the game i use a laptop for it.
A while back I was going for this plat since I ad gotten the Arkham knight and asylum plats but doing the riddlers revenge was bit much for me, but seeing this video kinda motivated me to go back 😅😅

I made it a point to 100% all the Arkham games. In City, the gliding ones were my biggest problem.
Did asylum, city and knight then did both return to Arkham games. My soul is crushed but I have them lol

@@fro_e I liked Nightwing's moveset. Catwoman was easier, but Robin was a headache. I'm glad I managed to get all the combat challenges done.

i 100% this game on halloween and it was a very long and hard challenge but a great game. all the predator and combat challenges were just not needed.

Arkham Asylum was my first ever platinum and Arkham City is up there with a few of my favourite games of all time. I can get about 70% of the riddler trophies from memory alone. The challenge rooms were actually enjoyable for me. Certainly the combat ones. I think that the intricate web of riddler trophies that reveal all sorts of history from Batmans past is some of the best open world design I've experienced. I couldn't disagree with you more.
I got the platinum a few weeks ago and did all the DLC so I’m excited to see you do all the DLC this year.

even though origins can't be platinumed anymore, I encourage you to obtain all the trophies/achievements (depending whether you play ps or steam) that aren't tied to multiplayer. You definitely won't hate the game by the end of it....

The extreme campaign riddler challenges are the biggest pain the ass to complete

Origins platinum was brutal... The multiplayer takedowns as Batman was almost impossible due to (no joke) having a perfect match. Probably the hardest platinum I've ever gotten
One thing I always hate in the Arkham series, is when the combat doesn't register your commands properly.
For example, in Arkham Knight, whenever I'm trying to attack a regular enemy, the game makes me attack a brute or electric thug, thus hurting me and ruining my combo.
Even the predator mission had me die to some BS like a thug spotting me, or missing an enemy.
22:04 stuff like this is a lot easier once you know how to quickfire the gadgets

Honestly, I didn’t think I’d get it lol. I heard how notoriously hard the campaigns were, so I decided to give it a try. I did the hardest one first, and surprisingly it only took me like 4 tries. And then I did the rest of them, so at that point I had no excuse not to get it 😂😂😂. It was a tough one, but I’m glad I got it. I platinum’d all of the Arkham games except for Origins. Arkham Knight is by far the easiest, but it’ll take some time to earn it. Arkham Asylum was actually the first platinum trophy that I ever earned. I even earned it twice. Once on my PS3 back in 2020, and the second time on PS5 earlier this year.
The riddlers challenge maps are the hardest part of getting the platinum

Arkham Asylum was my first plat back in 2009 it was rather painless, i gave up on all the others because the plats were too frustrating.
As far as I'm aware, you can install a mod to play the Origins Multiplayer again on PC, not sure if it would disable achievements though. You could technically get all the available achievements in the game and maybe use a 100% save file to get the platinum? Not sure.

As someone who’s 100%ed the game like 3 times I’ve definitely forgot how much of a pain the challenge maps were the first time around. Top of the world is extreme took me like a week
yeah I think people who have already done it sometimes forget how tough it is the first time.. top of the world took me about 2 hours. but all other stealth ones took me 10 minutes including retries.. so going from dominating the stealth to the stealth battering me was tough lmao

Just started this, literally only have on platinum trophy and it’s shadow of Mordor but I recently decided to download the three Arkham games. I started with this though since I started asylum more recently and didn’t really feeling like redoing the beginning since I started it on a previous psn account and asylum is the one I started years before as well where as city and knight I haven’t touched either in years and couldn’t remember a thing about them. I’m completely unsure if I’m going to get the trophy but I’m going to try. I’ve been loving playing it again and I’ve literally just been like wow I love when single player games were actually good like this. I’ve especially just been fangirling over catwoman in it because goddamn playing as her is just so freaking smooth. Her whip grapple just feels so nice to use and her jumping up the buildings after. All of her animations from that to climbing upside down to takedowns all just feel and look amazing they aren’t clunky at all. I was running around as her just climbing shit because I was just like wow I love this it’s done so well.

Yo I don’t get it why there is nobody talking about jokers carnival?! Did you do it, you say at 17:32 that your last challenge is top of the world and you had 69/93. Did you do carnivals joker, is it mandatory for platinum?
This is the challenge that made me rage quit. For all 3 medals you need a 1 000 000 points, and it resets when you bank points but restarts the levels.
I can get free flow combo to 180 plus often but level 6 when titan comes in I always get hit, need help with that, got 720 000points, and one time I got to 211 combo points without banking and got hit and so you lose your opportunity to bank time and I was at 250 000 point in that instance. And I’m playing on hard.
Need to know do you need all 3 medals at jokers carnival for platinum? I got on that map 92/93, If yes I need help, watched tutorials but don’t work for me, game seems to bug, once I go stun the titan often breaks the combo and easily get hit and they all come running I jump over when I see someone trying to hit and often when trying to stun back again controls sucks never goes where I want it to go, and also tried with 2 new controllers

Shame that arkham origins is unobtainable. One of the best storys i have ever played. I am currently doing my last trophy for MW2 Remastered's platinum, this video is currently my entertainment while getting it. Can't wait for the streams

On steam to get the 100% you also need to do riddler's revenge for all characters. I highly recommend playing them if you want to try out the other characters, maybe on stream?

As someone who has done all the achievements in Arkham city including the challenges with the dlc characters I enjoyed these rages way to much just because I suffered so badly doing this as I done the riddlers revenge with batman Catwoman robin and nightwing glad you done it tho and enjoyed the video

There still is a possibility to 100% Origins. Idk if Steam achievements count, but u can still access Arkham Origins multiplayer on there. There's even an official group on the Steam communities who play a lot. They've helped out others get the mp achievements before and they're overall very nice. Maybe in the future u can go to Origins? It doesn't take much to run the game i use a laptop for it.
