It caused my dad who was a body builder in the 80’s and in the Army, he’s 76 and still very disciplined in his eating and going to the gym 5 times a week who took this for decades to have more than the usual urination issues. We kept telling him over 20 years ago to stop and he finally did several years ago and his issues have subsided
Any men on the fence about creatine. I did not do a loading phase. I just worked up quickly to 5mg creatine (CMB+Creatine) and stayed on it daily for 3.5 months. I just phased off it slowly and taking 2 weeks off then will jump back on. I am 47 and very active and healthy. I worked out more than ever and ate a better diet than ever, and I get did more jacked than ever within 90 days. It was peak fitness here in summer time so it was the easiest time of year to get shredded fast. Definitely upped by stamina and recovery time I think. Even though I worked out harder than ever and ate great macros I still give some credit to the Creatine. I need to try to duplicate that without creatine to see if it differs I guess. It is expensive and I did have some stomach upset in the beginning but I eventually was fine. Just take it after food or with protein powder after food preferably. 2.5 mg creatine after breakfast and again after lunch (or even dinner might work). It's no miracle drug but miiiiight be worth the money/hassle and risk if you are really needing an assist or want to expirament to see if it levels you up. 🤙

Dr. Sung. Do you know if creatine is ok to take if you have prostate cancer with a gleason score of 3+4. I know testosterone is a no no so I was wondering about creatine? Thanks.
People are going to say this is impossible BUT creatine makes my male pattern baldness WAY worse - lose significant hair. I'm sure if I didn't stop taking it I'd be completely bald on top.
Wash your hair just once every 3 months, and don't overdo it then. You'll get all or most of your hair back. I found this out when I moved into a dumpy pad that didn't have hot water, so showers became like the ice bucket challenge.
