Can someone tell me what a low intensity skills workout could look like ?

I think it’s like practicing skills but not going super hard or game speed

Do you recommend always doing on-court work before lifting? Or vice-versa?

in my opinion id say lift first your jumpshot or other skills can carry over as you build a ton of muscle. and shooting while fatigue could make you a better shooter

I would say it depends on how you’re lifting .. lifting to bulk or lifting to lean what type of play style you wanna have .. there’s styles that lend themselves to more consistent fundamentals and some that rely more on athleticism (more information from you would be needed to give a better answer)..
also depends on you I would say .. lifting before you shoot could either help you play through tiredness of already being through a workout .. or it could hinder you .. practicing form while working out could have a negative effect by making you change the way you get the ball to the rim.. and changing your form for the worse ..
For me what I did growing up was changing it up .. kept my body guessing ..

@@berrkyy0897no it’s scientifically proved that if play basketball after u did an arm day it will over time ruin your shot

Yes'nt (4 hours is good for a short period of time like pre season I think is fine but its one hella way to burn yourself out if you're doing drills and nothing else.)
