I find it odd that he and other dr's, including Stewart McGill, never mention the only thing that helped me with my bulging and degenerative bottom 2 discs, decompression therapy, whether by inversion table, hanging by a pullup bar, and hanging upside down on a hyper extension bench. I learned about these from the infamous powerlifting coach Louie Simmons, who broke his back and had disc issues because of it. He did these until he could squat and deadlift again and came back to squat 925. I came back from not being able to lift anything to do squat 600 lbs after doing all of these decompression exercises for a year or so, and continue to do them at 62. I've been doing them for 30 years, and can squat and deadlift for the most part. If my back bothers me too much, I'll do assistance work for a month or so until my discs heal enough to squat and deadlift again. It's a cycle, but at least I can keep this up.

Too biased Doc... It should be called "low back pain 1994" (and I'm a big fan of Stu McGill and MDT-McKenzie, that based its approach on these concepts at first). "Paradigm shift"?? Why do you systematically avoid to mention all the contradictory evidence? I want to imagine the original vid is old now (but saw that in 2019 he was saying the exact same things).
