This album is a masterpiece
I oily discovered this album a couple of years ago. It is utterly brilliant.
I don't know much about philosophy about voice that emmy mentioned in here but I believe that Mark is a master about how to modify his voice in his music there's many artist sung his songs but we still can't enjoy them same as Mark sung them
emmylou is very rare ..she has a stunning side profile..she is bloody gorgeous
I only discovered this album in the last two weeks. Wish I'd seen them live. Probably two people you would never consider a duo but for me a remarkable duo. Wonderful songs with sensational harmonies. You two artists are sensational. Thank you.
What a blending of talent
Amazing to see two world class singer/songwriters/Musicians who , after all their success are still so grounded , so in touch with their humanity and still moved to put to song the things we all feel . I admire them both , their talent , their abilitys and the endless joy and reflection they have brought to us all through their music ... Long may it continue .. You did good guys. :)

Emmylou said she hasn’t recorded a country song since ‘93 but the song “Red Dirt Girl”, for one, is very country. Even songs from her departure from country, the AMAZING “Wrecking Ball” has some country tinged songs.

You look great Mark, I am more of a rock/ metal head and I am not too much into country style and I am not a big fan of Emmys...my music taste is always changing I mean I just pretty recently discovered your solo works and love it...I am sure it started out having alot more to do with you than the music :) but I love it ... Emmy is right...the 2 of you together sound amazing and I like a few of the songs that she duets with you...your singing styles to compliment each other well... IMOthough you will always be the better one...Love Ya Mark
