$300 1976 Kawasaki KD100 - Why Won't it run?

This is my KD100 that I picked up for what I think was a pretty good price. Mainly made this to show how to approach a problem on an older bike like this if there is not a lot of info out there. Working on these older bikes is not rocket science, just takes a little bit of problem solving skill.
