    평생 할 수 있는 식습관으로 빼야 요요 안올텐데..ㅠ 닭가슴살 평생 드실수 있어요?🥵

    단백질을 주 메인으로, 탄수화물은 한수저나 두 수저쯤 드시면 좋을것 같아요. 칼로리 따지지 말고 단백질 양이 채워져야 배가 안고파요.
    인스턴트 드시지 마세요. 내장 지방에 다 스며있던 첨가물이 다이어트 하면서 녹아나오면 얼굴 피부 엉망되고 온 피부가 나빠져요. 다이어트 기본은 요리를 하시는거예요.
