I feel like you are underselling it. Easily a level 3 if you know what you are doing. The range control is a huge factor. The only thing I would change is to have a tp.

Given the recent Gnosis and Praxis drops, wondering if you would be willing to run through a Gnosis fit for L3 missions and a Praxis fit for L4 missions? Thanks in advance.
Gnosis and Praxis are A Whole Thing when it comes to fitting, due to them having ~all the bonuses~ to hybrid weapons, missiles, projectile weapons, lasers, shields and armour(!) They're so adaptable that it really comes down to whichever of those systems you have the highest skills in. 😅
