I visited Zanzibar back in February 6th solo traveler from America beautiful country beautiful people lots of fresh fruits and vegetables feels good to shop with my PEOPLE! Don't forget to visit the Spice Garden! I will be returning in June! One month was not long enough!😃😃😃

This is beautiful! We really enjoyed our time in Zanzibar and Tanzania! Really lovely people and a beautiful lifestyle!! We stayed in very budget places and only ate locally, and as always, so lovely! Your accommodation is VERY tempting though! So maybe we'll take a look for a special occasion next time!

Second thought, this looks very lovely, but is any of it locally owned? Are there any public beaches there? Or are all the beaches considered public even though the adjacent land is private? It looks like there were some local kids strolling by so I'm guessing that's the case (similar to Boracay, Philippines). Where do local Tanzanians stay when they go to the beach?

All beaches in Tanzania are public. There is no such thing as private beaches. Most properties are owned by locals. THE only way a foreigner can own a business or property in Tanzania, is if they partner with a local with the exception of the Fumba town and Soul projects.

All the beaches in Tanzania are considered public you can only pay for the service.
