35:09 I think the reason that Weiss didn't turn around was because of how much emotion she was holding back. Ruby had asked her, "what happened?" She was the only one of the group to see Penny die, and didn't want to think or to talk about that for as long as she could. When she finally did talk about it she totally broke down. So the choice of how they animated her seemed consistent with the situation.
When Ruby said she "came for Yang" I'm pretty sure she's referring to how her, Weiss, and Blake were just, y'know, actually looking for her. Not that she fell intentionally.
Sadly, per CRWBY, the civilians are all dead. Without an active Aura, like the Huntresses have, they were killed when struck by Cinder's explosive blast before they fell.

A robot getting chopped up isn’t crazy none was her off screen kill..Pyrrha was emotional damage but she just evaporated. Actually Adam was kinda nutty with the double stab and even his kill on Sienna was kinda nutty too. Adam was just BA though so it makes since. Idk other than Adam/Sienna every kill is kinda soft visually and I just automatically rule out death. But you are correct 👍
Just a reminder, Crimson rose could be on the beach at a separate time. Crimson Rose was the second thing to fall after Yang and fell separate of Ruby, so it might have been on the beach at some point, but time probably is moving a little different so they weren't there at the same time

If it's an island they're on, then Crescent Rose probably fell to another side of the island, on another beach. Crescent Rose also fell a bit before Ruby did, so chances are someone else picked it up anyway even if Ruby woke up on the same side of the island. But it probably doesn't matter where you fell in the void, because Blake found Weiss before she found Ruby, even though they technically fell together. But the realm they're in, seems to be more bizarre, abstract than logical, so it can really be whatever.
Well so far a great start to this season, also judging by the intro to this season. I think Ruby is going to give up fighting entirely when they go back to Remnant.
@@lorguillerbacong9150 I made a whole video on Ruby actually and her biggest flaw is that she has next to no development. And there’s no way they would stay here…they still feel obligated to defend the world from Grimm and protect their friends and family.
@@DimiDawg I will say this I just got into this series. Back in 2020, I was a fan of Steven Universe in the beginning after it ended that year. No other show caught my eye anymore. That all changed when I saw the TH-camr MurderofBirds reaction to episode 13 and the season 8 finale of this show. Which got me into this series so yeah I was kinda late to the party. Because surprisingly this show and steven universe came out in the same year 2013. And sadly Steven Universe caught my eye first.

Yeah I think they’re setting up and focusing the budget toward later more visually appearing things…I mean 10 episodes is not a lot to cover what they’re setting up

Besides, Netflix did way better with it and is more well known then Crunchy-roll, ever was. I mean they can keep Ice Queendom, because that’s an actual anime, but leave OG RWBY on Netflix so people don’t have to watch reactions to catch up on the seasons.

Well then Ruby should be dead too as her aura got completely depleted by cinder before her fall :/ so that makes it confusing
