I hope that Neo and Jaune will work together. We weren't shown Jaune and the RWBY team together, but we were shown Neo and Jaune at the beginning of the trailer. And you have to admit, Jaune in full armor, with his face covered by a helmet and flames behind his back... looks ominous. That blacksmith girl must have been reforging Jaune's sword and his new armor. It's all theory and imagination, never mind.
The purpose thing i just think its because Little is to young to have a purpose/role in her village, when little gets a bit older she will be given a purpose within the village, like a forager/trapper/warrior/scout etc lol, thats what i got from it personally :) xxx
