As a Amazon seller, I don’t believe we should be so worried about someone else copying your product. In these times everyone is always trying to innovate products. Once your item is selling, someone just has to buy it, send to China and add a little variation and it can be produced. I mean... Does McDonald’s worry every time Burger King comes out with a new sandwich? I would only do these steps if it was something like Apple or a really expensive product. Literally, you can take this money and reinvest in your business. ...just my opinion. But thanks for another informative video! ☺️🇨🇦

for certification required by Amazon, you can check find related information on the Amazon seller center, or send an inquiry to the "seller partner" with the product you want to inquire. sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/200333160?language=en_US&ref=xx_200333160_cont_202121570
For certifications needed by custom, then you need to inquire the freight forwarder or let your supplier contact their freight forwarder, who helps you handle custom clearance and deliver directly to Amazon.

I just launched my product, I am indexed on all kws, but I don't appear anywhere on the top 7 pages. I want to do SFB to help the launching but how to put the people to search for my product because I don't appear on kws. To start ppc with those kws and to put the people to buy from ppc, or to put the people to search after kw + brand name and to buy or to use the canonical url to buy? I am asking what to do for 2-3-4 days until I start to appear organic on kws

yes sure, you can always ask supplier to give you new ideas. but the fact is most suppliers are more willing to sell you, or persuade to sell you their existing products. they won't give you a product that 100% won't be sold to others.

So to clarify if im understanding correctly, he is suggesting to send an NNN agreement to each supplier you are going to get samples from? And do this before you even share product details??
getting supplier's sample is fine, you need to to give them anything. But just ask supplier to sign NNN or NDA before you showing them your own product ideas.
