Ramin is THE definitive Phantom, he can make even a grown man cry in the audience, to the point that I felt like I wanna go onstage to give him a hug...
Ramin's talent is almost close to being unbelievable - a voice as clear as water, yet colored with so many shades of emotion! To be fair, everyone who worked on this production did SUCH a good job - this is now my definitive favorite version of Phantom. You can tell it was a truly team effort to bring this together, much appreciation to the cast, orchestra, and production!!
Mr. Karimloo is the Phantom for this generation, his intensity, his anger, his pathos; he is mesmerizing. I will say, however, that Mr. Crawford will also hold a special place in my heart. He was the prototype that all others built on... Together, they are the "Alpha" and "Omega" of the role..
Ramin is just incredible! He was born to play the phantom, in fact the cast of the 25th anniversary performance (this one) are all perfect for their roles.
I am obsessed with this show, the last 17 minutes in any case. Ramin is absolutely mesmerizing. Seriously. Absolutely mesmerizing. I can't get this show or this performance out of my head.
I felt exactly the same darlin. The music and the passion alone is incredible. 12 times I’ve seen this and I always catch something I had missed the time before. It’s crazy 😂❤️🎉😎.
I went to Broadway 12 times to see this and I’d go 12 more. It never ever loses emotion and intensity at each viewing it only increases. My favorite still today.
I’ve seen phantom twice, but not with this man as the phantom. What a beautiful performance. Found myself holding my breath and getting chills and crying.
ramin is the best phantom, period. i saw the show for the first time on broadway 20+ years ago as a non-musical lover (i am partial to classic italian opera😉), i fell in love with this musical. but i do not remember who the performers were then, and i certainly did not cry. last sat, i had the pleasure to watch ramin @ il Rossetti in trieste where we spend our summers every year (the first production of the show in continental europe) i ended up crying, a lot. even my husband who is generally not into performing arts shedded tears. ramin not only has this buttery quality to his voice, but also his voice is so emotive - like many have said here, the emotion, the performance goes way beyond just singing well with a good voice. i will never forget his name as the phantom!
Oh. Sorry. I just think The Vicomte De Chagny is troublesome. He comes on with this big, innocent “I am the new Patron” routine. But, I can see through that, just like that! What nerve!
Her Majesty’s Theatre is now called His Majesty’s Theatre! I certainly hope that King Charles III will live up to his Mother’s legacy! He’s got really big shoes to fill!
24:33 I suddenly wondered why I didn't feel right and realized I had been holding my breath listening intently for idk how long 😂 I love this musical this version is just amazing. Their voices and acting and chemistry is beautiful. Had goosebumps all over.
*Me:* ya know, The Shows Must Go On have been posting a lot of the same stuff lately, I'll probably unsubscribe *The Shows Must Go On posts this* *Me, tears in my eyes:* absolute perfection, why did i ever doubt you
I love the intensity of his acting. The way he keeps jerking away every time Christine approaches the mask in Music of the Night, the look on his face when she kisses him…
30 mins of Ramin on stage, so basically he is just iconic everytime he comes on stage? I agree with that, he is iconic and personally, I think he is the best Phantom, Ramin is just amazing!
Just wanna give biggest appreciation too for Bradley Fraser as Raoul, his duet with Phantom while fighting over Christine (i forget the song title) is just so powerful it chills me to my spine
Never can be tired to listen he,love his voice, and how he makes The Phanton get live, and in his voice, the emotions of him get Life, lust, rage, love, tenderness, absolutely outrageos, the best Phantom at all❤❤❤❤
Ramin never played the Phantom on Broadway. He was on the West End for a couple of years. This was videod at Royal Albert Hall in London. He also did a concert version in S. Korea. Maybe when Phantom reopens on Broadway, he'll play the Phantom.
While this is amazing, and he is by far the best Phantom... I am surprised you guys went backwards, started with POTO/Down Once More, and ended with Music of the Night.
why would you say that? he sees the phantom as autistic and he plays him really well and sensitively, and i think even though ramin's not autistic himself, his phantom is good representation
@aria as someone who is autistic I don't appreciate it when he decided to blame him k!lling people to "cope with his autism". He sounds terrible and is a bad person, he's openly blue lives matter and supports abu$ers in the industry
@Hermes. What noo ramin is a great person in real life I may not mo him in person but i no he is a good guy do ur research before u spew hatred on him
@@Hermes.whistle acting like u no him well enough to make a judgment on him u don't no him enough to make a judgment so if u have nothing nice to say don't say anything

I totally agree! My thoughts exactly! Ramin is the BEST!
I think I would have been weeping buckets if I saw this live!
Never mind, I'm weeping already 🥀
I saw Colm and Sarah do this in Toronto ages ago and it didn’t make me weep like this one did! OMG!😢
Not only his voice is amazing but also his acting is mesmerazing! That little smile at 24:05 always makes me smile too ❤
I know! Ramin and Peter Joback are my top two favorite Phantoms! Not necessarily in that particular order.
I am obsessed with this show, the last 17 minutes in any case. Ramin is absolutely mesmerizing. Seriously. Absolutely mesmerizing. I can't get this show or this performance out of my head.

You’re so real for this. Me too!
My biggest dream in life is to see the Phantom of the Opera with this cast just once live… really hoping for a reunion! They’re best!❤
I’ve seen phantom twice, but not with this man as the phantom. What a beautiful performance. Found myself holding my breath and getting chills and crying.

OUTSTANDING!! I’ve seen it 3 times but the performance of these two individuals is mesmerizing!!!!!
Both of them are abolutely incredible.
Not just him but Sierra and Hadley as well
Hadley plays Raoul. I am on the fence when it comes to The Vicomte.
I don’t need to be told this because I know that already. Why are you telling me something i already know already?
Oh. Sorry. I just think The Vicomte De Chagny is troublesome. He comes on with this big, innocent “I am the new Patron” routine. But, I can see through that, just like that! What nerve!
I've seen this musical live and the only time I cried harder was Dear Evan Hansen. Ramin is the ICONIC phantom. He's just brilliant.
Ramin is my favorite Phantom, he's the perfect, iconic, his emotions, expressions, voice...
I was lucky enough that my son bought us tickets for my 50th birthday in January. It was beyond even MY huge expectations!
I’m glad you got to see Phantom on Broadway before it closed. I am truly happy for you, my fellow Phantom Phan!

BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO!!
The music is emotional
Most Iconic moments of one actor from a 2 1/2 hour show... The video is 1/5 of the length of the show. Sounds about right, Ramin is the best.
I love this
Amazing
The hands!
Ramin is actually becoming the phantom again but in Italy
Title: Ramin Karimloo's Most Iconic Moments
Me: What was the screen time for the phantom in POTO again?
2hours and 30 Minutes.
Love this❤
He looks so genuinely happy when he says “I had truly hoped that you would come”😂
Is there a full download or streaming of the Phantom with Ramin? Even a vocal recording would be great.
Spotify
They're the best couple Ramin and Sierra
I might argue that Ramin and Hadley are the actual best couple, but Ramin and Sierra are a solid number 2 best ever. :)
I always wondered how they were able to make him disappear at the end like that.
Magic. The phantom can do whatever he likes. 😊
know they just need to release the entire stage recording...
Raoul casually dying in the back while Christine kisses the phantom kills me😂
