1st time at Aquashella. Seeing the fishtubers was the highlight and the presentation of the speakers.

We had a great time too! Your presentation was super. I bought a bunch of hardscape, a couple of plants and some shrimp food. We didn’t get any popcorn, but I did have a Chicago Superdawd hotdog for dinner Sunday night.
Oh and when people watch your presentation they can see my bald.

Doh! I had the opportunity to do one with Kasia from Creative Pet Keeping, but Flip Aquatics, Prime Time Aquatics, and Jadren Aquatics all covered her fish room recently so I chose to go in a different direction. :)

My favorite part of Aquashella was meeting the TH-camrs, buying stuff, & giving out $2 bill super chats in person lol. I was hoping my pic would make the video, but you probably only had room for a few. Also, I enjoyed your speech, even though I was a bit late because I took a load of purchases to my car 15 mins before & couldn't get back in due to the "sumo" bubble fight blocking the entrance. Btw, CONGRATS on your new job writing blog post etc for the Co-op. Cory was smart to hire you. You're definitely a star on the rise & I can't wait to watch & as you grow. If you keep going like you have been I predict you will have at least 30k to 50k subscribers by this time next year. Keep up the good work.
Oh my goodness, I totally included our pic together several times when editing the video, but it was at the "wrong" point in the timeline so I was wearing the different clothes. Thank you so much for my first "super chat" ever! Maybe one day I'll be inspired to stream for reals. 😅

Yay, I'm so glad! I definitely didn't cover nearly a 1/4 of the other stuff that happened, like the sumo wrestling, aquascaping and terrarium scaping contests, saltwater booths, etc. So much to see and so little time. :)

Haha, I think I went more incognito just by not wearing sunglasses because people didn't recognize me very well without them!

Haha, I'm Chinese. My dad's family is from northern China, and apparently northern Chinese tend to be taller that southern Chinese. Also, I was born in the United States and they tend to drink more cow's milk and eat more protein here. I think the nutritional differences may be why many of my Asian friends who were born in the US are slightly bigger/taller than their parents.

i have a question how did you learn how to edit thats the most difficult part here for me
I started with a beginner video editing software called Wondershare Filmora. It's a one-time fee (no subscription), and I watched some of their TH-cam tutorials whenever I couldn't figure out something. :)

Well, at least they're not focusing on my bad looks. 😂 Honestly, if someone gives me a well-meaning compliment of any type, I tend to graciously accept it. I praise my friends all the time on their appearance (nice hair, outfit, etc.), and I don't think that diminishes their intelligence or other wonderful qualities in any way. 😊
