Amazing, i really love your tutorial!! I'm so fond of the Renaissance and Italian Arts (I have been to an exhibition of Italain portraits from the Renaissance recently) !! I'm gonna try this out!!
It's kind of like a french braid, but it's a french twisty thing instead! :D Would your hair wave/curl if you left these in overnight or with damp hair like a french braid would?
I've worn my hair like this for years. Only when I do I only twist the front and sides. The back stays long and down. And the front twists are clipped back loosely together on top of the back. I started it as a way to keep unruley layers out of my face while working. It's great to accomplish that without having it all up. I usually wear it like that or in a messy french twist bun or just down.
@thegildedlady Alright, thank you! I tried it when I had old curls in my hair from when I curled it the day before. This due actually preserved the curls very nicely, so I imagine it will make pretty waves too :) Thanks!
This is the only way I wear my hair now. Only I stop behind my ears, tie the two twists together, then flip them back into themselves to hide the elastic and let the back hang loose. It's really great for curly, insane hair.

You look SO much better without make-up. You're lucky you don't have to waste money on that stuff lol
