  • In this video I share with you how to create a high class hairstyle inspired by 15th century fashion, also known as early Renaissance. The natural loose 15th century style was defined by soft braids, waves and hair adornments. All throughout Europe the fashion was to wear the hair in braids coiled around the head. Amazing how well she manages to do her hair in all these different styles.

    about courtisanes in the renaissance, watch a tutorial about renaissance brait... it can takes a few tome, but if you're good, with the long hair who's yours, it can be culte... with some tiara that you can find to claire's accessories ou accessoires, it's perfectly fairy-renaissance!!!...

    This is nice, however (for anyone doing practical research), bear in mind that pictoral depictions are romanticized, so this can be 1 of 2 things, regional or theatrical. This was not a common everyday look, & certainly not in every corner of Europe. This was a high noble style, and each country had their own take while fashion was shared.
    Hope that helps in anyone's research

    what was the 15th century hair fashion of England?

  • @MarloesvandenBosch
    @MarloesvandenBosch 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi, I am wondering if the rich in the renaissance, 15/16th century, had bare arms? In the series reign they have a lot of costumes with bare arms but I don't know if that is completely true to history. I making a costume my self for a school project :)

    • @julzmgrforll7278

      the TV show Reign is fun to watch but is in no way historically accurate. If you do any research you will be frustrated with not only the history but the three fashion is so far off that it can take the fun out of watching. just pretend it is a complete fiction and you can put the fun back in watching

      Are you joking about Egyptians? Ancient Egyptians have been blood-tested and they had CAUCASOID DNA. They race-mixed, that was the downfall of their once-great and white civilization.

    • @galtraditional4959

      That said you also seem to be TOTALLY IGNORANT of the fact that CAUCASOID =/= WHITE all of the time.
      There are Caucasoids with all ranges of skin colors (Arabs and Indians for example).

      Africa also used to be beautiful quite rich and lavish according to its vast history(before we put them into racial and mental trauma thanks to apartheid and all of that slavery so now they are corrupt as all heck without realizing that they still have a lot of riches beneath their very feet and no not all of it is poor at all because it is an entire continent with different countries and standards), and so was Greece and the Romans were advanced for their time leading them to wealth, and especially Arabian countries like turkey and India have some of the most beautiful artistic values and gorgeous music.Please consider that Europe was not the nicest of the continents. Europe killed off most the aborigines race and then put them into poor tent ghettos and still abuse them to this very day(Australia), encouraged sexual and labor slavery(even their own people), attempted to kill off most of the Native Americans race to the point that they are still on tiny reservations today and are barely seen outside of their reservations, almost put the whole Jewish race into extinction, literally put a whole civilisation (Romans) into extinction, almost made America a tax filled British colony(we would all be British), and totally screwed up the racial equality (its called equality not conquest (this goes for modern feminist as well) to the point that there are still racist beings like you today. Not all of Europe is white because Spain (which is Spanish obviously ) exists, and much, much, more inconsistencies with your comments.I'm not saying Europe is bad altogether (I'm mostly german, I'm also English, Irish, and have some Swedish relatives and ancestors) but like all countries, have done really terrible things to other races other than themselves and ranked themselves high than others (like you are you are doing right now) try to keep your self-righteous massive racial ego, pie hole to yourself ok.
