That statement was written by Gininda and was disclosed to defence long ago. It was never hidden so how come u say we d never have heard about it. As I/O he was just worried that people will hear their names on TV without proper processes
I will still "big up" Gininda. He brought everything with him to Court because he knew it was possible to be asked for such. Any lawyer could have asked him to read it out. And, he's the only person who seemed to be recording every occurrence. 90% of the state witnesses mostly could "not remember". He is the only person who remembers!
1 Million dollar question is that with such confession and evidence implicating Kelly, why the warrant of arrest was not issued from 2020? What more evidence was required from the evidence we have had today? Why was the full recording of this affidavit was always hidden to the public? Waiting to here tomorrow why Mngomezulu insisted that it must be fully read.

if i killed someone, then i made a confession and signed such, without being held hostage or tortured to doing so, how do i turn back and engage lawyers back on forth....these are grown ups who i believe they knew what comes with them confessing if at all they did it at their own will, unless they just want to frustrate everyone or probably try their luckiness by changes stories...my conclusion is there was torture to confession...we all know that's what is done by the police and investigation team
I share the same view, and the state is aware that without the alleged confessions, they don't have a case. State collected evidence contradicts the statements by the witnesses who were in the house and experts evidence (e.g DNA, Revolver, position of Senzo & bullet direction, etc.,).

🚩Something is off about Gininda’s statement… earlier on he said Kelly’s phone was not recovered but in part of his statement “a photo containing the exact bag of money similar to the one found in Ms Kelly Khumalo’s…” he goes blank for a brief moment… why? Sure does sound like the last part would be “Ms Kelly Khumalo’s phone” with the whole thing reading like “a photo containing the exact bag of money similar to the one found in Ms Kelly Khumalo’s phone was found” I mean where else would the picture be found? A phone obviously. Gininda must have realised that his statement has a problem and tried to rectify it but couldn’t.

Brigadier 's theory that this was a contractual hit holds water, but what baffles me is, with this information, why hasn't he moved to arrest Kelly as the mastermind and leave everything to the court to clear or convict him?

The people in the house claim that the people who entered the house were not speaking the KZN Zulu, the accent was Zulu-Sotho.
The people in the house claim that Senzo was taken to the hospital alive and was rescussitated at the hospital, that contradicts the pathologist’statement.
None of the poeple in the house called the police and the ambulance, something one woould have done if there was a robbery or an assassination, instead Chicco is called.

Gninda can only apply for a warrant of arrest and it has to be approved. Without that he can't take the law into his hands. So let us not blame him for not making arrests. If he had failed to apply for one given the cellphone linkages that we all now know, then you would be right to lay the blame squarely on him.
