- The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial continues today in the high court in Pretoria. Brigadier Bongani Gininda will continue to be on the stand. Five men are currently on trial for the soccer star's 2014 murder. Cross-examination of Gininda continues.

I still don't know why people don't like this judge; he is very educational and guiding. He is also very knowledgeable.
Attorneys and Advocates, they are always looked at as innocent people, but they always try to delay when matters are not going their way.
Let us talking about the mastermind because Gininda says it was not robbery but it was a hit , so if it was a hit who arranged that hit please let us hear from Gininda that has he arrested the mastermind mind now why his not in court, this case is about Senzo’s death and it’s been 10 years now the mastermind should be arrested, Gininda you are the one who is investigating this case now please tell the truth, Ntanzi is behind the bars so where is the mastermind because you linked everything now and according to you Ntanzi is arrested because of the linking of other cases, let’s say Ntanzi was at Khumalos home when Senzo’s killed who pay him to kill Senzo for this case to go on we need the mastermind please don’t waste our tax money with this case bring the mastermind now full stop 🛑
My thinking the master mind is someone who has lot of money and afford advocate like Roux who was representing Petorious, the reason for the delay was to make a case so tight for the master mind not to walk free, I also believe that after this trial within a trial we might see 3 or more ppl being arrested, bare in mind Kelly, Longwe, maKhumalo who were in the house were not called as witnesses they might be called as accussed. I'm not saying one of them is the master mind I just thinking

Mr Gininda there is a ICJ if one makes cover ups of preventing thugs and murders because of certain amounts of money from Masterminds , this person can make himself to loose the job or also stay in prison for years for such cases better to tell the truth.

I honestly think it's closer, the state through Zungu's evidence managed to place all the Accused in that area on the same day, cell phone evidence with photos also indicates that those guys were there, and the gun has also been found and is linked to Accuse 3. Ntanzi's confession placed all of them in crime scene. This case will be concluded before June with or without Mngomezulu's delay tactics

If the defence was brave enough, to instruct Judge Ratha to adjourned the case 2 weeks before the court closes for festive holidays. Why the defence failed to exercise same powers after the results of the DNA.

People should understand that Gininda is not just a witness, but he is a senior police (Bgd), so when he answers, he will state the reason for his decisions along the case. He was anaysising the case and making decisions. He won't just give one word answer, impossible.

The statement that are hand written it is advisable that are typed the very same day the deponent depose it coz at a later stage lot of ppl will have to read that statement some yrs after it was written maybe the deponent is no longer alive to give clarity ...we as human beings have very different and difficult to read hand writings...Note made on Tuesday 23/1/2024

These lawyers have it very nice. They arrived on duty at 10h00, started working at 10h20 and had a recess. At 11h30 another recess up to 14h00 at 15h30 they went home.No even 4 hours.

During the recess they continue work, consult, research, prepare, strategize etc
I believe there is a lot of work that they do which is not shown to us like research and work on legal strategies
Lol so you think they just come in court and start arguing from the top of their heads? In most instances they have to draft, research and prepare papers. Those questions came from reading documents from the defence/prosecution and before the case closes they still have to go back and review the entire proceeding to formulate their closing arguments. Some don’t even go home until the AMs especially during a trial.
On 26 October 2024 this case will mark 10 years on court roll, with no hope of finding closure

Izinkabi would stage a hit as a robbery gone wrong if necessary. If the mastermind wanted the murder to be viewed as a robbery so no one suspects any foul play.....that's exactly what they would do.
