    I bought that exact bike as my first bike in 1975. I added a luggage and backrest, crash bars, windshield (later a fairing), and drove it 27,000 miles in 5 years (in northern WI). Even took it on a 3,000+ mile trip to Colorado -- talk about "twin tingle." It was a great bike.
    Then I bought a Gold Wing. :-)

    Getting out my pops 1974 cl360 today, already have some parts ordered. His isn't this clean but darn close! I'm excited to be riding a 50 year old piece of history.

    Had one in 1990.. My first streetbike.. It really WAS a nice rider, even for being 15 years old at the time.. Typical Honda Quality... 🏁🇺🇸🏁

    First bike I ever owned was a 77 cj360, but I should have owned that. I used to ride that thing through the woods on bald street tires. Lol. Those older Honda's are tanks and bulletproof.

    A little over a year ago I acquired-from a friend-a "survivor" 1975 CL360 w/ 4400 mi. Never dropped, all 100% original, well except for the flasher relay. Even the tool kit is complete. I have all registration copies and manuals and a clear title now in my name. Bike has always been in a garage. Cleaning carbs now., slides were stuck from the gasoline residue turning to "varnish"! Fuel tank was clean as a whistle inside. Good luck finding one you say? Well, looks like I did...Cheers

    I had one just like that in the 70s. Great bike for a teenager. A little heavy for off road though I could get the front wheel up under right circumstances.

    These bikes will be worth a fortune just like old Triumphs are now. But the Hondas are actually reliable and you can ride them without worrying about lowering the value.

    My first street bike! The 6 speed tranny on a 4 stroker was kind of weird but it was a nice running machine. I only weighed 120 soaking wet so it got me around just fine :)

    Hello, Nice Japanese! how tall are you?

  • @andyanaoutdoors2487
    @andyanaoutdoors2487 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Used to chop all the street shit off those and put taller knobby tires on. Like any honda 4 stroke they refused to die in spite of a steady diet of abuse and neglect. Money makers even after the years of daily ass whooping trail beatings. All were purchased for less than a hundred bucks. Not great running bikes but reliable. Never liked the CL's with the lower gears. CB's were considerably faster. Won't buy another because they don't run well and parts are nonexistent.
