I choose diploma leading to degree (D to D) (1 year SAIBT + 2 year UNISA) Bachelor of information technology.
IELTS overall band -6.5
L-7 R-6.5 W-6 S-6
12 th PCM 58% (stream - science (maths-non medical) overall 68% completed in 2023.
10th 82% completed in 2021.
Both in Gujarat board
Sponsor- loan 40 lakh from SBI bank + 5 lakh in savings account.
Father ITR is 10.2 lakhs (gov employee) + 8.8 lakhs ITR uncle ( employee in private limited company) both are my sponsors.
I cleared GTE interview of university (unisa) and Financial documents checking in process .
No gap
So what are the visa chances?

hello sir we have lodged our visa dec 2 with my wife aged 33 ..shes is applying for masters science artificial intelligence at Perth Curtins unvi..with the new rules coming soon for pws(visa 485) limiting the age to 35 years..even thou the new rules haven't been implemented yet will this effect our application on visa being granted or rejected since she will reach over 35 upon completing her studies..tyvm
