Seeing this image makes me wish the game had more big metropolises and an overall darker atmosphere to it in parts. I feel it would have fit the world well, especially with the soundtrack having a lot of dark synth and cyberpunk influences. The soundtrack is amazing!
I agree since the game takes place in the entire US. Imagine a flooded NYC area and crossing a massive desert area in Nevada which would had added more colour to the settings. Think about fighting BTs inside of the San Andreas fault.
@@jessestallworth5284 ahh that would of been insane! Who knows maybe they were going for that but it would have taken too long to make or something. Maybe in his future games he will go to that scale. This world felt beautiful regardless.
Me coming back after a couple years of this game: I hope i can find that one part. I remember it was around 55:00, I'm sure one of the comments will have it mentioned for me(they did way back when, when everyone wanted to hear the same part again lol)
The “BRIDGES” track is so ambient. And the choir at the end reminds me of the opening theme from ghost in the shell. Wish it was longer! I believe it plays during the cargo management screen.
Replaying the game again and wanted to listen to the OST without any game ambiance, and what a goddamn masterpiece. Everyone talks about BB's Theme, but man if Flower of Fingers doesn't get you into a Bloodborne level of invigorated, I don't know what will. Amazing. ♥
Uma coisa é ver alguem jogando, outra é jogar e voce mesmo viver a Historia, obrigado EPIC por disponibilizar de graça esse jogo incrivel e nos proporcionar essa experiencia
I feel so sorry for the poor simpletons who didn't have it in them to give this experience a chance. Death Stranding was so much more than just a game. What a journey it was. Absolutely astonishing.
This soundtrack is just INCREDIBLE!! And BB's Theme is one of the most emotional, wonderful pieces of music I've heard in a long, long time...I don't want to go any further before experiencing the gameplay for myself but I LOOVE the first track! It's so mysterious and sets the tone so well!!!!
Loved all the tracks! But my personal favorite will always be BB's theme. Not only is it such a beautiful song, but it plays during such an emotional moment in the game that it's IMPOSSIBLE not to remember the difficult choice we had to make while trekking up the mountain toward our final destination. Sniff... :c
BB's theme... how do I put this...? It feels like... complete emotional catharsis, absolute freedom and just... pure love. and not just because I played the game and ugly-cried in the end.
Has anyone found that ominous piano theme that plays when that Corspe Disposal guy is being lifted in the air by that giant BT? It's so short but so good.
Unfortunately, this game got so much hate...personnally, it stands on top, among my favorite games ever. I identified to Sam so much, that I ended up being attached to him, and to BB. In terms of gameplay and atmosphere, I wish there was a day and night cycle, and maybe either more forests or more cities. Despite that, it was and still is a gem to me.
My favorite part about this soundtrack is the euphoric 10 seconds of song before the game goes back into regular ambiance music, really appreciated missing half of the songs like that.
I really love BRIDGES... so calm, atmospheric, and thought-provoking. It's probably overlooked by people because of how incredible and evocative the entire soundtrack is...
this whole sound track is very reminiscent of vangelis and tangerine dream music.sounds like for example blade runner ost,and also stranger things ost.....
Just like mgs is not for every one its more than art death stranding is weird as hell but at the same time (captivating) journey just like a heart beat that getting stronger you can feel that there is something special about sam you know he is the agonist in the game but you can't really see it at the beginning he doesn't let you see it in him he lost hope its everything and everyone around him that make him legend with these themes running in the background this game is something you can feel only ones in a life time you will not get this feeling after playing it again its a play and never forget kind of game
