People don’t get canceled when the jokes come from experience. You can tell that this man has been in community/ relationship with Black people enough to know how to joke on us and with us! Too many “comics” want to crack on communities that they don’t know the first thing about and wonder why that community doesn’t rock with them.

African time is what we call CP time (Colored People). I learned about African time when I was in college and was hanging with friends. Glad to see that we all have commonality. He never said he was specifically talking about Americans so it’s relatable to a lot of black peoples no matter the culture.

Sherwin is definitely a rare gem. Too funny! For MOST Black folks, we laugh from our soul. If it's that funny, it's almost as if it can't be contained. The urge to run just springs up and you run!
