hmm I'm actually not too sure about that (assuming kel nuke is banned), being slower than the enemy is a steep price to pay in solo runs, and her low juice late game could hurt her viability in using sad strats. Guess I'll have to test it out myself one day.
I don't think it would be possible with just 1 person since in her 2nd phase, she spams her wrath taking 75% hp inflicting random emotions and it would make kel stuck in a healing loop (there might be a chance if her wrath inflicts sad most of the time, but you'll need a lot of good rng and luck)
Technically since you can survive 2 wraths without healing if you are depressed (juice shield OP), it's possible to have a free turn to deal damage to PH (as long as two wraths in a row apply sad). Though not even Dream has that much luck lol
