My strategy for an unrestricted itemless toastlesss observeless perfectheart included a Kel nuke using chickenball. But is is not the only way to beat her itemless, a few people have independently found strategies involving Omori's red hands and furious, although this requires tanking a wrath or 2 as the damage is not enough to one shot her.
And so I wondered: what if the party ONLY has base equipment you get at the start of the game? (except Omori's irreplaceable knife). This disallows nuking using chickenball and forces a strategy around red hands, along with the considerably less stats and strategies from the lack of equipment. Even so, it is actually still somewhat feasible to beat her this way.
They key to having a chance to even enter phase 2 reliably lies in rushing down the first phase while setting up for the phase 2 nuke as fast as possible because a single sing or too many steal breath/spares can ruin the run. The nuke setup checklist is: a max atk buff for Aubrey after looking at Kel, furious Omori, and Release Energy buff. After lots and lots of optimizations, I've come up with a way to achieve all this as I kill her phase 1 all while staying in good health after just 5 turns.
Her phase 1 was killed with a slower Aubrey so furious Omori can hit her phase 2 with red hands the next turn before she wraths. This obviously isnt enough, so the other part to this run is to.. simply pray Omori stays furious after the first wrath. The party members should survive this when they're in good health. Aubreys beatdown chips in valuable damage even if I cant control her emotion for it. I didnt use twirl for the phase transition as Aubrey has no way of outspeeding a non speed debuffed perfectheart now with only base equipment. Besides I wouldn't be able to use the charms to prevent her from missing. Hero would do a normal attack and can call either of the party members depending on what happens after the wrath: if Aubrey was made sadder, Hero calls Aubrey to give her enough juice for the beatdown. If Kel was made sad, Hero calls Kel to remove sadness from Kel and ensures Kel stays faster than Omori for the tickle (a surprising case of the annoying bug being legitimately used!). Else, Hero can call the still furious Omori to sneak in more damage.
Overall, your chances to beat her itemless with just base equips is probably around 4-5 times lower than if you used my Kel nuke strat with equipment. It's on the fence between feasible and RNG hell.. but i guess with how short it is I wouldn't stop you from trying to replicate this.
Also, if you didn't know, using observe removes her 2nd phase completely
