When it comes to justice I put a lot of faith in my spirit guidea. I'll talk with them about how I feel and what I want to do about it. Then if I feel right about it I'll perform a working. But at the end of the working I ask my spirit guides to help me be fair and if my working is not just then snuff it out with haste!
I've for sure been a bit more distant from the witchcraft community over the last year or so. I took a lot of time off of the discord and comments and what not. This Two of Cups card has made me think I might want to try and get myself more connected again. I think it would help me feel more excited by my practice again. Thanks so much for this my little Cherry Blossom! I have been a lazy cow with my practice this last month, and this reading has spurred me into (admittedly, small) action. I find Jan/Feb every year to be slow/low energy - and for me t's hard to get excited about, well, anything much. The 2 of cups resonated the most. As a solitary practitioner I'm so used to just setting up a working to get something for myself - so this week I am going to create a money bowl spell and extend the petition to include my community, family and friends. Everyone is struggling right now and I'm sure we could all use the help! xx

Love love love this Tea & Tarot!! So many ways this can be interpreted and delivered in a practice. I’m going to throw my 2p in hahahah. Witches by and large are told we are boundary workers and often on the fringe of communities. In a lot of cases this is true and where some prefer to be. But I think our power lies in community and fighting for things that matter - the environment, mental health, equality, equity - all the things that make a society. Many witches are involved in activism and I’m not saying we all have to be activists. But sometimes these things are not talked about as much in the online witchcraft community. Our collective power and responsibility to the wider earth community
My suggestion for leveling up is to get to know who you are in the Universe. It is something that is beyond a career, something beyond decorum or expectations of even the culture you may find yourself in. I advise that you get guidance from the Universe, because the Universe's design is in us. That design will vary from person to person, but it is some fractal "form" of the Universe. I'm of the standpoint that whatever your mind is centered on, whatever is a prevalent drive and worldview, is a good indication of what spirit is occupying you. It may not be truly you. Or you may decide that it is you. But, be open to growing as you gain more understanding. This may be unpopular, but I would beware of worshipping other spirits that aren't leading you to you own leveling up of understanding. So much so that you may part ways with that spirit. To me, there is nothing higher than the Universe, and all the spirits came from the Universe. Also, as you gain understanding, you may find yourself at odds with the expectations/pressures around you. So, it's not always fun. The greatest common denominator for humans is love. To me, Feminism encompasses that. I think I'm starting to ramble, so I'll stop for now.

Lot's of great stuff here, as always! Especially the two of cups bit - feeling like I can contribute in a meaningful way to the witchy community is an interesting one for me. I live in a city that is predominantly Christian, and I work in public education, so I keep my spiritual life and practices to myself for the most part and I have for years. I'm in my late 50s now, and in the past few years I've been discovering the world of online witchy people and feeling incredibly enriched by it, but still separate somehow. I'm not starting a channel or posting a vlog or creating a platform to put myself out there, and it still feels odd to comment personal things on the videos of people I don't really know, kind of like I'm writing a fan letter to some celebrity who I watched on TV or something. And joining patreons and live streams is just more than I can make myself do still. After decades of making sure I kept the curtains drawn when I lit the candles, the idea of actually speaking out and letting myself be seen is a bit overwhelming. I see all these fresh young witches online and I realize that in my crone years I do have experience and insight that might be meaningful and interesting, but it's hard to do. I'm awkward with online communication, and the habits of decades of protecting my witch life with privacy really do die hard. This message to keep going, keep commenting, speak up and let my ideas be heard, don't be afraid to give my emotional energy, it really did hit the spot! I'm working on it and loved hearing the encouragement and the invitation in the two of cups message. Thank you, as always, for all you bring to the table and serve up for us all to enjoy my dear! 🥰

I got a couple of small tattoos on the tops of my wrists about a year and a half ago as part of my baby steps process to connect outwards. The Moon to remind me to listen, reflect, and stay connected to the unseen, and the Sun to remind me to shine, share, and be brave. They are simple but they mean a lot to me and taking the step to get them felt huge. That two of cups energy is about balance for me as well - connecting to community while staying connected to my centre.

I've been around witchcraft since my teens but haven't considered myself a practitioner until a few years ago. And I want to share that my 76 yo mother has a sun on one of her hands and the moon and stars for all her grandchildren on her other hand! The biggest connection is that I have a deck that I use for a monthly practice/teaching/connection. My card for this month is water. Apparently for me to become an epic witch…water is the way…water is life!!
The way I'm leveling up right now is actually something you've talked about before: combining my creative and psycho-spiritual practices. Lots of inner child work and self-parenting while I do The Artists Way, guided by the moon and tarot and soooo much breathing meditation!
Especially with the King and Two of Cups here, I feel an alignment with how much I have been enjoying divination and communing with spirit/s. That focus on the relational has been so good for me lately. Intuition, too! That has been guiding the witchy actions I do, and I love how you talked about feeling into it. The Justice card came up in a reading with Kelly-Ann and again in January, and had me reflecting on the support that feeds back to me from friends I have consistently been kind to and showed up well for.
I think the words that come to me are Integrity and Responsibility. To live by and work from the "Heart" is actually damn hard. Loving can be extremely difficult and isnt all light and goodness. Witchcraft is about honest feeling and clarity of mind - casting shouldnt be impulsive whims and emotion. I dont mean you cant do on the spot spells, be raw emotion, I mean that everytime youre putting out energy it should be a conscious act, knowing what youre doing and why. Living life consciously in the present and with intergrity isnt easy in a world obsessed with the past and future.
Yesss. This comment is a vibe. I never do magick that would in ANY way involve other people on the spur of the moment. I know I can be irrational when I feel wronged or trapped.
@@kelly-annmaddox yes and thats when restraint is sometimes needed - personally for me I dont see any point in doing magic that doesnt bring improvement/elevation to the situation at hand. The energy I want to give out and receive is to amplify positive necessary change, not the instant temporary self relief from impulsive lashing out, because I know damn well Id probably experience the same shit again if its not sorted properly.

As someone who is highly sensitive and emotional I could really relate to the King of Cups. I'm also a beginner in witchcraft but still finding my way and still in the "closet". I feel like I want to do some journaling before I jump into practicing. But just through studying various areas of witchcrafted I have definately become even more open minded about being a witch and not caring about living an "alternative lifestyle" but want to embrace it. I was also eating some salt and vinegar potato chips lol
