Do you bake your madeleines with the fan on? it seems like the fan is on in your oven. if we're not baking it with fan on, we need to extend the baking time?
50 degree warm butter, so that butter will mix very well with the cake batter. Otherwise, you may find little yellow droplets (butter) in the cake batter, that means the butter is not dissolved (or absorbed or mixed very well) inside the cake batter.
