  • When Hellah Sidibe decided to give running a shot, he wanted to face the fear of something he knew as a punishment while he was a soccer player. He told himself he’d run 10 minutes a day for two weeks. There was no pressure or coaches screaming at him-running was just for him. He fell in love with that mentality. He's run every day since-no matter the circumstances-documenting his journey on TH-cam and Instagram.
After running every day for more than three years, he wanted a challenge and decided to run across the United States for Soles4Souls, an organization that collects unwanted shoes and clothes to distribute around the U.S. and the world. He grew up in Mali, West Africa. There, you didn’t know where your next pair of shoes was coming from, so it was a perfect fit.

Hellah has now reached Running Royalty. He is now standing among media giants such as Rich Roll and Nick Bare just to name a couple though there's a lot more. He went from his Running for 10 minutes a day every day to. Running across the country, Pacing in an Ultra to Completing an Ultra and meeting Courtney Dauwalter in his debut Ultra. What more can you ask? This guy deserves every moment and has TRULY EARNED IT.

Amazing and inspiring story. I'm attempting to reacquaint myself with running again. Love how mind clearing it can be if one sticks with it. Blessings

You really need shoes to be a runner? I heard it is different? Injuries occur more in shoes than barefoot?

KEY WORD DIFFERENT. Now. REALIZE. EVERYONE'S DIFFERENT.
