This song is so amazing I die a lil everytime I hear it. Already started begging my dance crew to do something to it. They're not to pleased (Justin Bieber and Cher Lloyd fans... All of them!) But Deaf Havana are just so amazing. I want to marry them. :DDDDDDDDDDD

you all kno that you can be straight edge and listen to bands which arnt straight edge, its a way of living straight edge not just what bands you listn to, straight edge is a commitment that you take and not go down a road of self distruct by taking drugs,smoking and drinking alcohol... and nicotine and alcohol might of saved some ones life however it destroys others just saying and yes i am straight edge and live in the uk and love all of deaf havanas songs.
@blainusTV Don't get me wrong, I still really like this, but when I thought of Death Havana, it was that blend between the harshness of screaming and the softness of the voice that I reminisced. Don't get hating and saying music is "lost on me", I just miss the screaming.
I don't doubt for a second that this new musical direction (as you put it) is going to make them huge. If anything they'll definately gain a bigger audience than before, I just won't like it as much =)

@Saz123456789 Ryan left for personal reasons and the band fully understood his reasons..... I dont think of them as being better or worse.... there a completely different band now.... Its about time people started to move on with them and realise the direction Deaf Havana are moving in.... They were amazing with Ryan, but they are still amazing now... Its not fair to compare them to eachother as it is completely different.....
It's cost. Venues about the size of Rock City in Nottingham and others want £30+ per ticket. Most can't afford that, whereas in Lincoln where I live, I saw 30 Seconds to Mars for £17, and will be seeing Frank Turner for £17 as well. it's a big difference when 2 or 3 people go, 3 £17 tickets is less than 2 £30 ones! Too expensive, just too expensive
@XxKillWhatsLeftxX Just to prove a point, I'm going to say I'm straight edge. I listen to Deaf Havana, and I honestly don't give a shit if they sing about smoking or drinking. Also, anyone under 21 (or 18 in the uk) gets X's on their hands when they go in so they can't drink, or venues will do it to know that the person has paid. Don't be ignorant.
I drink and smoke a shit load but my straight edge friends are just as up for a party (if not more) than anyone I know who does drink. I dont see why being sober should exclude you from anything at all, I have loads of respect for people that can have a good time without getting wrecked. Anyway the argument is pointless.
@exodxy yes i know that, but my point is: Bands aren't getting their moneys worth from record labels because the label aren't even making money from record sales. Labels are greedy and unless they get some money for themselves they won't keep giving an advance to a band.
Dude, hate to break it to you, but you obviously don't know your laws to well. Him being 16 and her being 14 is not statutory rape. When he hits 18 and she is 16 then yes it will be, but at the current state it is fine.

yeah...the demand in the uk is low....exactly. Spain has an amazing demand, that's why I have to travel over Europe to see actual gigs. I've been to the UK for 3 gigs and I'll go to the Slam Dunk this weekend, so don't complain!!!!! haha

For anyone who's never heard of them, I recommend you check them out. They are another great British Rock/Hardcore band like DH. Love DH way too much but hey, its not my fault they are fucking awesome!
@jackiezee yeah but it's not about that, they aren't going to be able to stay on a record label if the label gets no money from there record sales. Our music industry is crumbling because people are not patient enough to wait and buy a proper copy.
I lost a gf when i was that age and thought it was the end of the world as well. But trust me, shit gets harder and you'll have to deal with it, and you will. You're not depressed you're upset, and you can get through it buddy.
The point of the song Nicotine and Alcohol Saved My Life is (I think) that she was in an abusive relationship and her husband died of cancer, so she was claiming that his descent into illness saved her from abuse.
@XxKillWhatsLeftxX also.. just cause they have x's on their hands doesn't make them edge. it may have just been the venue putting x's on their hands because they're under 18. which judging by the band this is, seems more likely.
@TranceFixedd The screamer left about a year ago soo i don't think there will be any as james cant scream, unless its by a guest screamer. and they have said they are changing musical direction
@YourMama1317 in that case you probably only started listening to them after ryan left. Its like two different bands they arent comparable at all. Ryans screaming made their music pre hiatus.
my friend just told me about these guys because supposedly i have similar physical attributes and style of the lead singer. but she turned me on to a great band. if only i could sing like him!
Knew these guys since a couple weeks after they started up through another band in the area called chino and it's amazing that they're successful now, can't wait to see them in april.
Deaf Havana & Young Guns are my favorite bands and I don't know why, but I love the fact that they're friends, haha. Love Fraser & Ben at 3:07! Anyway, this band is amazing, love them.
@Bethyy09 Trust me it's a consert you will never forget, these guys are amazing live :) I saw them November last year and I hadn't heard of them before and I loved every minute of it :)
i dont think losing ryan has been a problem in any way in terms of writing new stuff, their new songs are incredible, but what do they do live without him for the old ones?
@DeafHavana When heard Ryan left, I was pretty sad just because most bands go to shit when they lose there screamer. However...loving the new sound. And the old one....

These guys were incredibly at Hit The Deck, best band there along with YG, screamer or no screamer, they're still fucking incredible and what a video this is :D

I managed to see these a while back when they played with The Urgency and We Are The ocean. They were amazing in their early stage!
