When the guilt swells through my stomach and my heart beats through my ears, and all the little things that I ignore, seem to be more real.
I held the gun but you pulled the trigger and we watched it all go.
My heart was fast but your head was quicker and we watched it all go.
All the records I've been playing, tell me to stay this way and all the ones I love give up on me, the tried they hardest but failed so miserably.
My timeline is running out fast, future will never beat my past. And I still can't work out how to make my money last, oh all the things I thought that I could be, get less and less as each new day begins.
I don't know how they keep coming back with banger after banger but they do and i'm eternally grateful!!

You can really tell in the video of their Reading 2014 set that they were nearly done. Thank fuck they ain't. This album is looking to be better than Fools atm I am so fucking happy Deaf Havana still exists!!

I was at Reading 2016 when they announced the album. They seemed so renewed even after all they had been through
Chris Somerville Other than maybe Chris leaving what had been the issues they'd been dealing with?
The band looked like it was going to pack up after their 2014 Reading appearance. From what I gather, everyone was in debt and James had just had enough. The 2014 Reading show allowed them all to pay off their debt, and James was ready to just leave the band. After a show they performed it reminded them how much they wanted to continue, a few tracks for ATCL had been written already and they decided to make a go of it. Here they are now
It's funny I did some more reading and looking and found out more about it. But that's a shame though. I'm glad they've decided to keep at it though!

This is utterly fantastic music but the problem is you've only got a fanbase in the UK 90k views isn't enough. 'd recommend utilizing marketing companies in the US and Australia to help snow ball this album. then you could truly make it big.
