Copy the mod folder from steam, put them in a new folder. Then add the editor files there and open it. You don't need the mod maps, you can create new ones and save them in the maps folder. If you want ready-made maps, download version 3.0 from Remake mod on moddb

It doesn't have a component destruction animation, that's why the ship appears completely intact before being destroyed

The Annihilator takes hits from the beginning of the video. It seems to you that he doesn't get hit because he doesn't have damage animations like the rest of the ships and only a total destruction animation when he loses all his HP
