    The version 1 compact brushless reciprocating saw fit very nicely into this drawer. With space for two battery packs and a blade case. It can also fit up to 10 tough cases.

    Great overview and showing of the TSTAK single drawer. Thank you for showing it to us. My wife got me the TSTAK crate by mistake and I now would like to get this single drawer for that single item. Liked and subscribed 👍

    Can you please do a video with this new large draw and the new shallow organiser on top please. Thinking about buying that setup and a video would be really appreciated 👍
    My plan is to have my 10.8v drill and screwdriver in the draw and then all my screws etc in the organiser above

      I'll see what I can do. Drawers are screwed into the van at the moment but need to take them out in a couple of weeks so will drop a short vid for you then.

    Thanks. I heard you can lose tools down the back of the drawers. Have you found that?

    • @kingsworkshop685
      @kingsworkshop685  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've never lost a tool down the back but have found if you don't put tools back neatly or if they're a bit over sized the drawers get stuck and become a bit of an arse to open.

    Good video didn’t know you could take out the draws handy to know.the boxes would come in handy if you don’t want them how much do you want for them.

    So how deep are the shallow drawers on the box with 2 drawers? I'm mostly looking for a box I can connect to my Tstack stack for keeping things like drill/bit sets, grinding disks and ppe and such.

    • @kingsworkshop685
      @kingsworkshop685  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Off the top of my head they're about 35 - 40mm deep. Anything larger than a large screwdriver handle gets stuck.
      Drill bit sets and spade bits fit in perfectly. 👌

      @@kingsworkshop685 thanks a lot. But seems my boss bought a few of each of the Tstack cases/bags so I'll get to have some hands on with them before I buy.

    Is it compatible with the tough system 2.0 rolling box. Can it be stacked on it?

      If you purchase the adapter plate it can be.

    I've just recently upgraded my toolbox system. From the basic dewalt tstak box on wheels. Gone for the tstak trolley, with a deep drawer at the bottom, then the twin shallow drawers above, followed by the deep tstak box.. perfect set up for me, whilst on site i dont have to dismantle the boxes to get to any tools. Power tools in the deep box, then the 3 drawers have my hand tools in. However only one thing that is bugging me now, thinking of a way I can lock my drawers when I'm not around.. any suggestions?

      A steel cable to go around the entire stack, or fabricate a metal strap with hinges and a lick.

    Do you have any excess small plastic containers for the DWST170705 single draw system,if so how do I obtain them from you

  • @BrianShawEire

    I know many trades men have been robbed following reviews of van storage, but if you feel comfortable could you do a van storage review even if it's just the tstak and how you have them secured to the van I thinking do I go tstak or sortimo for the draw system one being alot more expensive then the other.

    • @kingsworkshop685

      I will be doing one soon. I have no lighting at the moment due to a blown fuse but as soon as that's sorted I'll post one. 👍

    I’ve run into troubles of the drawer bottom dragging with not much weight in them…not impressed with the Tstak. The Craftsman Versa stack 2 drawer don’t seem to have this issue.

    Great video mate. Just been trying to get these drawers but everyone seems to be out of stock, unless you want to be ripped of on eBay! I’ve just started changing over to Dewalt and so far I’m really impressed. I notice to right of the screen you have one of those tote boxes with the long handle….any good? Also if you’re still over run with the boxes with the lids from those drawers, I could definitely make good use of those!
    Thanks again for a great video, I’ll check out your other videos. Cheers, Martin.

      I wasnt aware there was a shortage 🤷‍♂️ try finding the stanley pro stack drawers. They're exactly the same and even connect to the tstak. Sometimes they're on offer at toolstation. I love the tote boxes, I use them more than anything else.

    • @kingsworkshop685
      @kingsworkshop685  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      These will connect to all stanley fatmax prostack boxes but not any fatmax box. The pro stack and Tstak are exactly the same just different stickers.
