I'm convinced to go to TSTAK, replacing a custom modular tool case system I designed and built of wood over forty years ago. What appeals most is the drastic reduction in weight, as well as the integration with the various available dollies and hand trucks. I largely plan on following your advice about going with all drawers, with several notable exceptions: My track saw, Lamello Top 10, Domino, and several other machines are unfortunately a bit too big (tall) to fit in the drawers. Therefore, I am planning to start each mobile tower (I will have two) with some drawers, then add to the top of the drawer stack one closed large case (#17806) for the aforementioned machines, and then add an open tote (#17809) to the very top as you did. My thinking is that once the tower is positioned near the work, the totes will be deployed apart from the towers, leaving the closed lid machine boxes readily accessible. Thanks for your several videos on this topic. They were instrumental in informing my strategy and purchase plans.
Great video, one thing I would say about the boxes is that dewalt/Stanley revised the boxes so that only the boxes that come free with the tools have the weak clips, if you are to buy the boxes separate they have the same strong clips as the drawers have.
from my point of view, as a service technician, both have their preffered use: I keep my powertools in the boxes, because in my service jobs I can easily bring them where I need them, I dont need to bring the whole stack and there is more room in the boxes.
@ They do have tool boxes to fit a circular saw but they aren’t drawers. They have hinged lids. I have three stacks and the top units are boxes with hinged lids and the lower units are all drawers. This works well.
What is the diameter of the castors on the Dewalt cart at the bottom? Planning to buy one but couldn't find any info on the castor size on the internet.

Exactly. I also wish I had bought more drawers and maybe one box. I'm adding a bunch of drawers!
Wish they made a double deep draw for circular saws ect

Ciao Giuseppe, buon anno anche a te
Yes the draws look very convenient
Here's one put the heavy tools at a lower level.... your risking it tipping because it being top heavy
100 to 150 kg wtf are house tools of concrete
Great for big tools, but junk for small tools.
