It had NOTHING to do with another smug hypocrite, aldean’s “song”. The Alabama Boat Brawl proved how clueless aldean was about small towns. Proved that he’s not from a small town nor knows about small towns.
Tyler Childers knows, lived it, experienced it and writes amazingly beautiful poetry about it with a mastery, passion and empathy that adesan can’t even dream of touching.
So... The good part of this is that Aldean's song, whether intended or not, set off all these alarmist things about vigilante scare tactics and rightest ideologies, and Childers's is really helping to put country music back on a level playing field--"In Your Love" is erasing all that hate coming around Aldean's. . .

“Pushes the coal industry” shows not one thing that was positive about the coal industry short of two dudes meeting and falling in love in the 50s or 60s. It’s not that deep, it’s a beautiful love song and a pretty well done music video take it for what it is

Brantley Gilbert writes all of Aldean's songs. You can enjoy both but one is a clear marketing ploy and the other is not.
