Kevin literally said on an episode that his partner Michael Perrick bought 50% of the company. And more and more equity kept getting sold. When the deal closed, Kevin only made $10-$20 million dollars.
The only reason Kevin is worth $400 million is because of his mutual fund company O'Leary Funds.
I think they edited this one to make the earlier seasons look better. I believe this is the pitch where one of the sharks told her to call her husband when she received offers. Wtf? They’d never tell a dude to call his wife to discuss an offer. 🤦🏻♀️

@@HandlesL if there was such a pitch, I’m guessing Kevin did that because the wife was an actual partner in the company. Not like this situation, where they did it just because she’s a woman. I love the show, but the earlier seasons were so cringe, especially stuff like this where a pretty woman walks in and all the men act like convicts who haven’t seen a female in twenty years. 🙄

I really dont see the necessity of this item. All the cons outweigh the benefits of it. Its something that can easily get lost, then you have to wash them, they will get stuck in the sink, and also is a choking hazard. The only pro is to be used to tag the meat so its identifiable but thats not really necessary considering all the cons of the item.
Product isn’t for you nor do you see the emotional and social benefits. As someone who grills but doesn’t spend a single dime this is a great product keeping track of who wants what in terms of cooking temperature. When you host or cook you want everything to be done correctly so you don’t give a bad impression or embarrass yourself.

No it doesn't, I put temp probes in any steak, chicken or pork I grill and they cvome out perfect. And the probes are much bigger than these.
