Chinook NRS 100% love the high back pad, storage, etc. My net $20.00, float mod DIY. Phone is teathered to my PFD. Quick disconnect anchor, Wilderness systems crate, expensive, but just awesome. And, works as my cooler. My emergency dry bag in my hull. 1st aid, extra batteries for my bow stern 360 light, dry clothes, tools for yak, motor, and my fin drive, signal devices, etc. Spare water and snacks always on-board. Definitely the headlamp. All my hand tools, pliers, grips, gloves, rod floats for sure, and my knife. love my FF/GPS, for new lakes, depth, and structure, and has saved me in heavy fog. Still have my Garmin striker 5 years now. And that exact bow light. My fishing hat, regular hat, two pairs of sunglasses. Awesome vid bro. Took time to add these accessories, but they stay with you, if you get a new kayak. 💯 😎 🎣
Just another well done informative video brother! A good reminder to think about any of these items you just don’t want to leave at home if you got them! Tight lines take care and God bless!❤
Thanks for all the advice. Im purchasing my first Kayak and going the used route like you mentioned in one of your vids. Its a Recon 120 HD that has only 1 season of fishing on it. If you factor in tax paid when new, Im getting it for Half the price of a new one. LETS GO
Most places that sell prescription eyewear will have some kind of option for lenses that are polarized/transition/sunglasses. Unfortunately I doubt it will be cheap no matter you go about it for prescription lenses. I got a pair of RX sunnies and they weren’t cheap, but VERY worth it.
Clip on polorized sunglasses. $10-15 dollars at Amazon or Walmart go over your glasses. OTG or "over the glasses" bigger sunglasses that are meant to go over glasses. Also don't look awesome but most brands make one or two options. Next time you order glasses look for ones that come with custom magnetic snap on polorized lenses that fit right onto your glasses. Lastly yeah order some custom prescription sunglasses, zeni optical makes very affordable lenses with shipping in a week or two for about $15-20 for basic glasses. If you add polarized lenses and amber or green tint they are basically fishing glasses and cost $35-$60 depending on what frames you want
Olle, that beard is kickin!! You gotta have some accessories in there. Lol! No seriously, what size net diameter is good? I have a 12in...but feel it's small since I mostly fish offshore on my YF120. WDYTNK? BTW, saw your video on "pedal drives dead". Any particular affordable setup for my nonpedal drive w/rudder.? Keep the video coming. I enjoy and get educated same time!
Thanks man! I condition and blow dry regularly 😂 My net is probably 15" in diameter. I'll have to check. And for affordable set up... Throw a motor on that thing! Newport 55# is great and inexpensive.
I find anchors to be an important piece of safety equipment. You never know when you're going to have to stay in one place without putting in an effort.
If you switch to chain it works great I just went out in fast current with 2.5 lbs of weight and it held me almost in place on my 10t an I weigh 170 lbs maybe had 30lbs in gear as well
I’m wondering why everything is from Amazon when one of your other videos shows that exact dry bag for much cheaper from Temu? To me, the word budget means the lowest price anywhere.
@@tonyawithano5875 a lot of times the same item is available on both platforms, however Temu tends to run low on availability quickly, which is why these are from Amazon.
Instructions unclear... Bought $3,000 worth of stuff. Just kidding. Great video for someone setting up and possibly being overwhelmed with all the options out there.
I will say it again, that Vevor kayak Cart is the bomb. I've had mine over a year now it makes moving my Topwater 120 PDL around very easy, no issues at all and I saved about $165 too.

Good video ,brother!
My favorite is the Yakattack tow-n-stow bunkster cart. If will fit in the front hull of my future pedal kayak, Native propel 10.
Good choice! Thanks for watching! 💪🏽

What is another cheap alternative for sunglasses if I already have prescription glasses but want it polarized?

100%!
Jus the careful not to deploy it in quick currents or you’re going into the water
If you switch to chain it works great I just went out in fast current with 2.5 lbs of weight and it held me almost in place on my 10t an I weigh 170 lbs maybe had 30lbs in gear as well
awesome, getting my wallet out!
You and me both!
