I’m in total agreement about forgoing ultherapy, radio frequency, filler around the chin and jaw in your 50’s and beyond. It’s a waste of money and the result is so so. That stuff can really add up as you have to repeat the procedures every year or two. The work he does is so natural and it took a decade or more off her age. She looks wonderful!

I have seen many complain that the fat transfer does not last...7K sounds like a lot for that...overall cost of 50K You have got to be kidding me, seems like he is taking advantage of people.
I just saw a surgeon for facial fat grafting and he quoted me 10K. This includes the operating room and the anesthesiologist fees using moderate sedation and recovery room fee as well. I live in a small town too .
Cindy Allen this is not a necessity. It’s a luxury item. No one is being taken advantage of.

@@FitHitTheShan well $50K is more than I have ever had or ever will have and certainly would need to spend on basic necessities if I did have it. I don’t know. I feel better when I think of all these patients crepey asses and flabby arms that don’t match their 35 year old faces. 😂🤣😂

The price of approx $23,000 is absolutely outrages with this doctor. I’ve found and researched about 8 other doctors who perform almost the identical type of surgery all for under $10,000!! They are credited just as well and board certified surgeons with many successful vertical facelifts on their books.
Where did you find these doctors?
I called to ask for a consult for my mom and the price is 47k absolutely outrageous. My mom cannot afford this, most people can’t. I know a regular facelift is anywhere from 7 to 10k but I’m not sure how this differs and why is it’s so much more.

Calm down guys. Just like anything else in a big city, things cost significantly more. Here in NYC Im about to pay 25k for face and neck lift by one New Yorks finest. Yes, Im well aware its much cheaper in rural areas of USA, and even cheaper in Colombia and D.R. But Im looking for the best of the best.. And in my opinion your face is not the place to cut corners and bargain hunt. Im blessed and can easily afford this procedure but for those that cannot, financing is always available.

You should check out dental restoration with implants and appliances. That can run $35K and up just for the upper jaw. Watch some of his videos with more detail showing the extensive areas he makes incisions on and with fat transfer for added volume there’s liposuction involved. Plus his work lasts for ten years so you’re not going back every couple of months. A lot to consider!

Facelift alone is $70K on his website. It was between 30 - 40K last year....as long as people are willing to pay this extremely high price he will keep raising his price...his work is good but his price is unreasonable..I am 62 and my face starting to show very little sign of aging no wrinkles and good quality skin..I starting to show mild jawls and mild laxity. I got consultation with qualified surgeon with 20 years of experience and good result, $28K in Los Angeles

This is affordable in South America Check out Quito Ecuador with very good doctors. The doctors trained in U.S and are certified plastic surgeons done in a hospital.

It makes sense not to do a lift by pulling skin in a sideways direction. That's not how your skin is falling so why lift it up that way?

She looks great but probably had the 50k job. Out of most peoples reach.
If the results are so "amazing", why oh why does he feel the need to put all that lighting on her after surgery? Of COURSE her face is going to look and wrinkle free with all those lights on her. For $80,000.00 he doesn't even show her in the flesh, without all that lighting.
And she is painted with make up like a Picasso 😂
