Great question, check out my other videos as I have talked about blower style screens. For me I prefer blower style, they are much lighter, larger, and less storage. I also prefer spandex style screens as they are less prone to wrinkles.
@@hagenmi1 I’ve watched most of your other projector screen videos and I’m still undecided. Not sure about blower noise, although I could always build a sound damping box around it to aid with the noise.
@@christianbonfiglio5544 yeah blower noise and proximity to an outlet is to be considered. My next project is to build a hush box for the blower. I’m limited on garage space and for my seating distance blower noise has never been a problem. No guests have ever complained either… but the blower isn’t quiet either.
20ft, but these screens are measured from extreme corner to extreme corner of the entire structure. I forget what the actual viewable size is. Just know it's a 16 x 10 aspect ratio.
Thanks for all of your detailed videos on the different sizes. Subscribed!
Thanks! Im getting ready to put up a 45’ model soon!
Would you recommend this style screen over a traditional blower style that needs to run all the time. Is it worth the extra money?

@@hagenmi1 I also plan to use this as my Amosfx screen like you suggested in another post
