Why oh why do ALL projectors NOT have stars (lasers) that vary in brightness automatically? Are these really the best star projectors out there ?? Sad!
If this astronaut to you looks nice then I don't know what your standards are. To me it looks like a piece of cheap Chinese plastic. I would never in my life put something like that in a visible place. It looks so rubbish that I don't even know if my 5 year old child would like it.
I have the astronaut and i dont like that i cant make the stars stay, they're flashing no katter what i do but in the user's manual it says that i should be able to do it. And after a while they stop flashing too and just disappear
I also have the Rossetta projector, and I love it! And I agree, my only real complaint is that I wish you could easily point it where you want to point it without having to prop it up against something. Being able to control it more via an app would be nice as well
Love my astronaut projector. Yes, the stars are green, but you get used to it, and the nebulae are really impressive. I bought my astronaut projector for $20, can’t beat that price for what you get 👍🏻
@@amandarusso9141 it’s been over a month, I use it every night and it still works fine. Maybe your negative attitude made your astronaut not want to shine for you? 😂
I actually got two astronaut for my kids for Christmas last year. It's a really cool idea and good product in many ways, but it was not really great for small curious kids. They kept knocking the head off (straining the cord), and knocking the astronaut off the base, because the "footprints" were not deep enough and did not fit precisely on the astronaut's feet. So unfortunately I ended up returning them. I may re-buy when my kids get older.
If you were to compare LaView with Pococo, assuming LaView is 10/10, how much would you give Pococo? In my country it is not possible to buy LaView, and I want a very realistic image of the sky, will Pococo be a good replacement or is it a much worse experience?
Really? I didn't know this about them honestly what a let down as they look great. Mine is coming for free thankfully but if it breaks won't get another one
I like the effort of reviewing this niche market but boy, take thesaurus. Every second sentence is „a ton of …“ - so the products are not rated by subtle differences but by the number of „a ton of“ sentences …
Thanks for the review! Ngl the astronaut projector looks so silly but it peaked my interest. Edit: Waiiiiit the Rosetta projector looks awesome! I think I have a new favorite hahaha!
I don't know how to plug this into the wall outlet. The small end of cord plugs into astronaut then what do I do with the other end of the USB? They did not send me a electrical cord. Pls.help. thx
All fine and dandy but you say galaxy star projector too many times. It gets annoying. Just say projector. Otherwise, thank you for the video. Cheers. :)
HALP. I've been looking online forever. It's so simple but no one ever mentions it. I need a basic analog star / light projector. A simple on off button. OR one that turns on automatically when powered. My intention is to plug this into my smart plug so I can automate my mood lighting at night. Anyone help me here? I know this was 2 months ago but I really hope someone can help me here.
Not a fan of the realistic ones. They are just regular old tech clasroom projectors projecting an image of space. The LED and laser models look so mutch more alive. But if your goal is a home planetarium then sure the first 2 is obviously made for that.
Thank you for this review, I have been looking at these for a few months now and couldn’t decide on any one in particular. I think I needed to see them in use and see the options available on each. I ordered the Pococo because I didn’t want to have to keep it plugged in, plus I wanted a realistic view rather than bright or cartoonish. One drawback is that the replacement slides look pretty expensive, although packaged well. Thanks again for showing these close up - all the best! 🔭
Am I the only one who is really bothered by the lasers hitting my eyes? I can't even really angle it so that it doesn't, the stars are meant to cast everywhere. Felt very uncomfortable (I have the astronaut). Don't really use it for that reason.
I hate the green dots .. so so much i wish there was a way to get them WITHOUT the GREEN dots like why cant they be WHITE like stars .. 😢
Ong bro it ruins the whole vibe
Because white lasers arent available yet.
Some of the projectors give you the option to turn them on or off. I’m not a fan either
@@omarmiz if there is no control, simply put a black tape over the hole area of laser.
Me too, i NEVER keep them on

So, to recap, they are all galaxy star projectors? Right? Because I don't think you mentioned it... much, or if at all !!!!!
😂😂😂
I LOVE my astronaut projector (I have 2) but boy did I FREAK out when the head fell off. I didn't know that it detached!
Same lol! When I got mine as soon as I unboxed it, the head came of I thought I broke it! 😅

honestly if you can fork out a bit more get the govee galaxy light projector. it is breath taking

Dude at 7:50 he just says “rossetta” like a normal person then edits in “galaxy star projector” after. Why does he need to say it so many times lol
Fun drinking game: take a shot every time he says “galaxy star projector”
😂😂😂
I'll get piss drunk the first 2.55 minutes in the video
Beat me to it
Idk but they seem all really crappy... Is there non with actually white laser images? And the quality doesn't look so cheap?
get a normal projector on sale and have it project an album of these sorts of images.

How does the reactive music work? This video didn't test that microphone button.
U couldnt even turn the light off in your room so we can see it? Lame
Great review! Thank you for sharing
Wish they made one with shooting stars
There's a new version of one ultra realistic with meteor! Is similar the Poco but with high quality
what about galaxy projector 2.0?

It will break in a few weeks. They all do.

Pococo is just a rip off of SEGAs star galaxy flux which is the best on the market. Makes me sad.
The astronaut one breaks in a few weeks. It’s beautiful but they all break. It’s a rip off

Too much camera movement. Can't really see the movement of each projector
You can hook the astronaut up to a power bank if you want to set it away from a outlet since it runs off a USB plug.
Laview look like Jungkook's one, are they the same?
I have an issue with the light constantly falling in my eyes. Is there anything i can do to reduce its impact

There is also an astronaut that's sitting.. is it the same as the standing astronaut?
Yes I have one
I have that one, but the nebula doesn't spin :/

Which one do you recommend to decorate the ceiling of an event hall? 🤔
Probably Rosetta or Astronaut. I like the realistic ones but those are brighter.
Why would they make the stars green ?

galaxy star projector
Was this video about galaxy star projectors..?
I can’t tell!
use a powerbank
The standout feature of the pococo is the battery and not the fact that it actually looks realistic?
Thank you, I want to get one for my dad
Thank you so much. This has been very useful
THANK YOU BEYOND BEYOND BEYOND BEYOND BROTHER HELLLLLLLLLLL YEAHHHHHHH MAN
How long do the disk in pococo and laview last and battery was not disclosed.
Agreed. The disks are consumable? They must fade from the intense light?
I gotta go. i can't through this video it's too late for this s**t 😂😂😂
How’s the back light on Laview model
I am terrified of the astronaut galaxy projector, that laser is scary...dont want it in your eyes.
the rossetta star projector is the best which i bought.

The 1st ones stars seem more like a grid
I have the astronaut and can use it with a phone backup charger.
Take a shot every time astronaut galaxy star projector is mentioned
Thank you, this review is exactly what I was looking for
Same
Sega homestar flux is much better than all of these
I’m mostly interested in which one produces the most light for an area. Would that be the space guy ?
Good question I just want to know if I need to buy multiple or just one good projector.
Portable power banks will run the USB ones
